this does last longer than the original... battery left is not your solution in the morning shut the phone off plus it in the charger for 2 seconds and take it out and turn it on, i own a droid 2 and got this for dirt from a friend who never uses it because of the bulk , its no 90 percent more than the original battery but its about 50 to 60. just buy a extra 300mah-500mah one from verizon.. too much bulk

To those who anguish about the screen being abused, the Motorola Droid has a screen made from Gorilla Glass. It is extremely scratch and break resistant. There are several videos of people poking/scratching at the screen with keys, screwdrivers. etc. without leaving a mark. But the battery is ugly.

I have this. The droid can't see the whole battery with the current firmware. There is a widget that is supposed to help called "Battery Left" that I am currently using. So far, it is working better, but the phone still indicates that it is about to die. I had heavy use from 9am to 11:30pm at night, however.
make sure you keep charging the phone past the point where the droid says it's fully charged. also, try restarting the phone when it shows around 40-50% battery life. it has something to do with the firmware. seidio knows about it and can give you better instructions if you call their tech support.
but i agree, i think it's hideous. i was going to get it until i saw how it looks.

I can tell you this, the battery only about as long as the original battery that came default with the phone. I'm terribly dissappointed.
