  • Hey guys I have a question. I've been doing parkour/ freerunning for about three years now and I do indeed do weight training and cardio training too. Isn't weight training ok if (like me) you work out *all* muscles on your body? I do legs, arms, shoulders, abs, pecs, back, and lower back through out the course of about 8 days. I do this during the winter and then the spring and summer and fall I do full pure parkour training sessions. just wanted to know your oppinion.

  • @HeyItzScotch that's great, weight training is good, we just wanted to get the point across that you don't "need" it and parkour in itself is a great workout. but if your weight training and doing it correctly than that's great for your parkour.
