@101flameboy you go to the bottom and there should be something saying 24 fps. click on the 24 and change it. that will make it flow better.

@GiveMeYourCoconutNow Yes, but.. I usually don't do it because on me it decreases the quality of the music :S So i usually just import the Flash in a video editing software and add the music from there.
