would this be a good starter bike? its not like im really starting though i use to have a couple of 2 stroke dirtbikes but as for the street its my first time and im really lovin this bike. should i go for it?

@AK47powpow It's not a beginners' bike. It reacts almost intuitive on what you want it to do. Like a BMX. So it can be very tricky to ride it, especially because of the huge amount of torque at hand. Although it doesn't outrun anything ricy above 650cc, you still need a pair of racing gloves in order to give it a spin.

ive been looking at alot of different bikes to buy and these bikes look and sound sweet. from what i am reading they dont make them any more but can you still buy parts for them and if you can how hard is it?

These after market exhaust canisters don't sound bad. But in my personal opinion, nothing beats a pair of open slash-cut headers dropping down just below the cases. They're just bitchin

That bike is the cleanest ever,right? Is it new. I like the sound for sure, I think I'm going to get one.

The bang somebody had to point out is the mic on the camara clipping not a real sound, why spend time looking for negitive stuff all the time.

@Nginear47 Yup. It was one of the first mods that I did to the bike when I had it. Actually, it's a fairly simple process. Do a Google search of the following to find the link that I used to do the mod: Running both headlights for BUELL XB9S/XB12S

@IAMMisterX.. on my xb12xt i can just carefully place the high/low beam rocker switch in the middle position to turn on both lights... start in low beam and carefully rock it upwards until your high beam indicator comes on. viola!

buell's are awesome bikes and have a great rumble but the SV1000 with decent cans sounds a lot better. Lower and more pronounced rumble

I agree I like the Ducatti sound better but that's apples and oranges. BMW, Ducatti, Buell, Harley, Jap bikes, and whatever I forgot are not the same thing. It's just personal opinion on which sound you like more. There is no"better" sound.

@Pandanobear The word "better" in the vid title refers to the fact that this was an additional video that I took where the actual sound quality was better than the first one. However, I do agree that different bikes/cans have different sounds that attract different people.
