Hello, this machine can overwrap only standard CD and standard DVD cases. For 27mm box we can offer Delta200 overwrapping machine with 26mm SideSealer option (it can also overwrap 27mm DVD cases).

You can wrap much faster with traditional, fully manual, wrapping methods. This machine is a waste of money.

Also, our other manual machine (Delta200s) cost 5 times less than this one.

But for extra money saving, you can use your clothing iron :)))

@ramicollo Buy a heat gun and a roll of heat shrink wrap. The machine I use is just a horizontal stand for the shrink wrap with a lever. You pull on the shrink wrap like a roll of toilet paper, pull it out enough to fit some CDs in, usually 1 or 2 at a time. Then, the lever with a super heated filament wire running down the length cuts the shrink wrap and seals it. Then you just hold the CD case with the loose wrap on it and shrink it with the gun.

@Pepsifx357 We have our smallest overwrapping machine, Delta200s (search for "XaidixMvCPM" on youtube) who need to overwrap small quantities using pre-cut film sheets. Also, don't forget that heat gun consume near 1500 watts per hour, and our Delta200s machine consume less than 50 watts per hour.

Currently, retail price is $450 for Delta200s, but we are working to make it less.

BTW, my business also grow up from one-man-band company :)

Хаvier, you can wrap a case in a condom faster, no probs. Then you'll put it on a shelf and sell it in a condom too? That'd be super-DVD... 2in1... Buy a DVD and a used condom!
