This woman is either in the constant state of mortal sin or this is a manifestation of the devil. The only time in history that the Eucharist turns to blood on someones tongue is when they are in the state of mortal sin. I believe that this is the case or the devil is some how deceiving us. The woman does not have her head covered, which is a violation of St Paul's command for women to cover their heads, and she appears to be fearful of receiving the host. Something a Saint would never be.

Read Genesis 9/4, Levictus 17/11,12. Here God clearly commanding that no one eat meat with blood. ICor 11/23-32. St Paul says clearly that it is only a rememberance and there is no transformation of bread and vine not happening.
