Just noticed my World Champion Florida Gators play Troy, at home, in Gainesville on Sept 12. I think Troy is no different than an SEC Kentucky or S.Carolina. Vandy plays them tough each year and I want Troy to play them tough and also make some post season Bowl Appearance....but to lose by 21 points to my Gators...a well earned 21 points. I expect a good game from them
troy isnt really that bad of a team, they just cant hold a lead. i saw them play LSU in baton rouge with a 35 to 3 lead at halftime. LSU came back and won 41-35 i think. if Troy could learn to hold their lead they might be a force to be reckoned with
Yes, LSU came back but lost too many games during the season to get a better Bowl. The Gators also have problems with penalties when they have a game in control and the other team gets frisky, Gators bite back and get the flag from the zebra. I have never liked players who score and then do something in the end zone that draws unwanted attention and a flag for excessive celebration. Georgia remembers what happened to them after Florida came back from the loss a year before and beat those Dawgs.
Lsu lost too many games, but they still beat the sh*t out of georgia tech in the peach bowl, and there are 2 things i hate:1. when teams do things in the end zone, and 2: when teams rack up points even when they know they have the win.
Beautiful Southern ladies in bathing suits are something to behold, especially my Louisiana neighbors, the teams from Mississippi and, yes, Auburn. The band from Troy was good and I just wish my camera would stay steady enough for a better shot of the bands. Thanks. You guys from Troy need to find another team in SEC country and join our Conference. 14 teams would mean not having to play cupcakes outside of the SEC. Maybe The Univ. of South Florida?
ha its cool. People are still calling us Troy State when its been 4 years since our name change, so it takes time. We would love to be in the SEC, we def could take Auburns place lol!
Sorry to Troy, nothing personal but I've heard sportscasters say the same thing. I'll get to it soon. Thanks for the heads up. Get another teams and maybe you guys can get into the SEC with 14 teams.
i was there, and was pulling for troy
