  • yep.... its a marvel to watch the bees follow each other into the new hive location.... Ive only had one cluster not stay in the box.... small swarm would go inside but then would come back out and beard on the outside??

  • I do use rubber bands sometimes, but if the combs have to be pieced together I find the mesh works better.

  • rubber bands work just as well

  • I love the plastic mesh idea! I think I'll have to invest in some, as well as a stapler... I've got over 40 lures hidden throughout Utah County in preparation for our swarm season... There will surely be comb cutting in my future...
