It doesn't save much time at all. My time would have been less then a second faster if I hit the jump through the tele.

I made it about 100 times. I fucked up on the plasma about 20 percent of those. I fucked up on the slide about 95 percent of the remaining runs. And I fucked up on the spike/teleporter for the remaining times.

Well, I posted my 1:10 run before the contest ended cause I knew I would do better.

I did have my 1:06 run in my fileshare right after performing it - I wanted to submit it quickly and go for a faster time (1:04 - which I never got) but I didn't make a post about it myself. I think people saw it and talked about it.

That's a really respectable time. I never gave a false low time though - I was very public about my route and times (with video) so I don't know how I beat you mentally compared with pure practice and determination. I, like you, was not confident in my time since it was slower than 1:05, nonetheless 60 seconds which was my goal. I'm surprised I won by a full second to be honest.

Oh, as for the whole "beating me mentally" thing. Some guy posts videos up on the sark 4 thread of his best time. Typically nobody that good will actually show off their best time and then win. Since you were showing off a 1:06, like it was nothing, I got the idea that everyone was getting something close to that and I stood no chance. If it was not for that video, I wouldn't have stopped.
