First, This is just a webcam, dont expect it to shoot past 30, maybe in 3 years or so they have a webcam capable of shooting maybe 60 frames.

for a webcam when you just sit and stare into it and nothing happens, then yes, you may get some better speed. but not clear and sharper, that has to do with resolution.
If you were to be doing large movements in front of one of these cameras and see the results in post, you could see lines if you campare frames, but to the naked eye, its nearly invisible.

As far as I know, at the highest resolution of 720p this webcam outputs only 15 fps.
The 30 fps is only an "up to" figure.
