how do you transition from from you sniper scope that you are holding at the "hip fire position" to a scoped sniper scope of a different clip?

@Sonysoftwareofficial No, not really =). I have used Vegas for 3 years, but a large majority of that time was spent trying to develop my own style of editing. Yes, I do use a variety of productions such as After Effects (color correcting), Cinema 4D (3D modeling and creating intros), and of course, FL Studio for creating music. Thanks for your support!
