@ErnandoEscobar 6.11, made by none less than Stefan Bellof and, today, still unbeaten. But i guess that using A 88C or Sauber C9 modified as in Gran Turismo, racing around the 'ring in less than 5.40 mins would be very possible.

I got it to go about 355 on te test course(Track meet) no drafting.

correct me if im wrong. i think he has three things going:

1. he installed the biggest turbo upping the power from 919 to 1164 HP (for a weight of around i think it was 800 - 900kg)

2. he shortened the gearbox to the max

3. he is a brilliant driver and knows the car as well as the track perfectly

If u put driving aids off then ur closer to real life and thus makes ur time slower

the time for a minolta in real life would be about 6 and a half mins! ive done it in 5.10 minolta

Lets see you do it in Gran Turismo mode (Simulation), with driving aids off...then you're getting closer to proper simulation.

quite fast, i´d say, but not as efficient as it might be. is this in arcade mode? your tires do not wear out...with that driving style you should be running flat at the "Doettinger Hoehe" (the long straight at the end), even with the superhard racing tires.
