I prefer going through the window near the end of the mission, it makes it a lot easier and there aren't really any guys over there and you can just spray 'em on your way to the helicopter.

I completed this on Veteran in half the time and still didn't get 3 stars, so I watched this video, did it again and threw my grenades to go all Michael Bay on that building and BAM 3 stars. Just remember to chuck every last nade you have and you'll get it no problem.
