We have also watched as new species of bacteria have EVOLVED to feed ONLY on man made plastics.They could not have been there all the time as plastics were only invented a few years ago. It also produces predictions which can be tested and looked for.This Ken Ham has just used analogies to look smart, but because he does not understand the theory even to the depth of my daughter they are all wrong. I mean what's with the chance letters coming out of a hat! Evolution is the OPPOSITE OF CHANCE.

Each of the parts of your body are there for there own purpose, which is to exist within there own world. Purpose is just a label we give to life to make it sound better. DNA which carries all the information to make your body does not even know you exist. Its just doing what it does, which is to replicate that which came before, but with the additions of some errors. Some good and some bad. Natural selection merely weeds the good ones out allowing them to reproduce, passing those on.

That's the easy part and is really what Darwin is famous for. Lots of people had concluded that we were descended from lower forms of life, Darwin came up with the mechanism. Natural selection. Bad mutations are punished by making an organism less suited to its environment. Good mutations make an organism better suited, therefore increasing the offspring and in turn the likelihood of those same mutated genes being passed on. Its no harder than that !!

Wrong, it is scientific FACT, just like gravity and atomic theory. It is also the driving force behind the bill of Human rights which we all now benefit from. It also showed us that all races of mankind are indeed the same species ( not thought true in the states until late last century). No life applications ?? Are you serious. ALL medical advances made in the last 50 years have been directly attributed to using the theory. Its the bedrock of both ethics AND medicine. Read more.

Of course they can. The idea of inherited characteristics is observed every time you see a dog. The dog has evolved over time by our choosing which is why from one wolf like species ( tamed 10,000 years ago ( older than this moron thinks the world is !!)) we now have dogs as different from each other as one to be 100 times the mass of another. The reason we have not cured AIDS or even the common cold is because it evolves so quickly and becomes resistant.

Not in 10,000 years it doesn't. You need to think in millions, something creationists seem incapable of doing. The fossil record clearly shows one of two things.
1. There have been an endless stream of creations each looking a little less like its "kind" than the next. Made by the creator as he remade species over and over until he got it right.
2. Evolution has started with a species and moulded it via natural selection to move from one kind to the next as can be clearly seen in the Whale.
