Freddie Mercury...a single man with a voice that destroys even the joined efforts of 8 a Capella groups. A solid cover and great performance but it would have been great if Freddie had come in and joined them.

This is mean, but I wish the blond, bespectacled guy from the SoCals sang half as well as he seems to think he does. I can admire a swaggering attitude up to a certain point, but he struts around like he's great without having the voice to back it up. He sounds more Six Flags than Sing off.

@jschurchin Check out Ben Folds's work on UTube. He held an acapella contest for college/university groups a few years back, and the winners were featured (or got their own track) on a subsequent album. (I've always imagined the success of that lead to the format on Sing-Off :)

The only thing that always bothered me with this show were the boxes. The four closest to the stage ended up being the top four, which always made me a little dubious.

This is so well done--visually, the choreography does a great job of showing competition while singling individual groups and singers out; the sound is excellent; the blending is great--I am in love with this version of this song and this show! And literally whenever the lead singer from NOTA sings, I get chills because it's so beautiful. Congratulations to everyone who got to be on this show--truly an abundance of talent on this stage.
