Thats a kickover. alimer is a handstand into a backband :)

Actually, what you are describing is a front limber. This video is of a back limber.

@CutieGirlSam a kickover is when you kick off of one foot and have split legs. this is a BACK limber ;)

This must take a LOT of strength how u pass thru a full handstand without straddling in the middle...UR SO GOOD AT IT!!!
