Ok I've read 3 pages of comments! I love this style of music it's the first time I hear it and I love it, but, first of all what is this song about? I don't know the lyrics but I know I like it. And second, your culture and race doesn't have to be over because other people come, keep doing what you do and marry inside your group, but don't cast out the rest of the world, you can also like other music from other cultures without that ending yours.

@Semir0800 What you fail to relize is rock and roll isn't the center of all music. This song originated WAY before rock and has been a favorite of many people since WWII in the '40's. This song is one of my favorites, and especially this version. I'm glad you have your opinion on this music, but I'm sure it'd be appreciated if you didn't voice it like you did.

Composed in 1927 by Vaclav Vasek Zeman, a Czech. He wrote the lyrics in 1932. It was called "Too bad about the love" (Škoda lásky). Klaus S. Richter wrote in 1934 a German text entitled Rosamunde. By accordion player Will Glahé (German), the song became a million seller. The authors of the English lyrics were Lew Brown and Wladimir Timm in 1938. And now enjoy the music :)
