You can't just make a series straight away, you make a pilot first to see what the feedback is like. If it's good the studios give you the go ahead to make the rest.

West 10 LDN was only a pilot so there is only one episode. If you liked it then let the BBC know (there is a feedback form on their website, it only takes a minute). If enough people tell the BBC that they enjoyed W10 LDN then they WILL commission a full series!

West 10 LDN will be repeated at 00:55 on 7 December 2008 (Saturday night/Sunday morning) on BBC Three

I must say i am much dissapointed wid BBC, it shows who owns the tv stations and how much black/urban genre is not loved by the middlde class and upper class people.
