Also when asked if he had an early start, he hesitated (looks like he was trying to get times right (Alibi) to extricate himself from any implication in the murder. It was pretty obvious to me that Josh was guilty minutes after this story broke. However Susan’s own family, neighbors, coworkers, and friends didn’t want to jump to any conclusions for months. They actually ended up helping Josh get away with murder whether they want to believe that or not. Some of them who have gone on many of these shows are annoying! Also WVC police did the worst job on this case. So many morons involved in this story it's no wonder Josh got away with murder.

Josh Powell is a relative of Michael C. Powell, who ran for the State Legislature in Washington. Josh is listed as his technical advisor and creator of his website, according to Blink On Crime site.

There are 3 or 4 unemployed siblings of Josh's all living with Josh's Father, Steve Powell who also goes by name of Steve Chantry and has his own website. Surely one of them and possibly Michael C.Powell know something they need to tell police.

Apparently, Josh allowed Susan's parents 2 visit with Susan'schildren this weekend, BUT only under strained &HIGHLY controlled conditions at a park with Josh AND Josh's father, Steve, present the whole time AND with Josh's father making a video tape of the entire thing! Imagine what Susan had to endure if this is just example of Josh's controlling &ugly behavior. He obvioulsy has no remorse or conscience &this is no way 2 treat his children or parents withmissing daughter &husband doesn't care.

First of all, I would like to point out - look how nervous he seems in those news clips!...I mean, honestly? Why would you be nervous if you didn't have something to hide or had some knowledge of something that went on?....Wouldn't the normal reaction be more that of worry, sadness, distress, depression?...Wouldn't you be *BEGGING* the news crews and all the people out there, watching, to help find your wife?...

Secondly, he doesn't even look the slightest bit saddened or worried about his wife's disappearance. (Look around his eyes - no bags or redness from lack of sleep and/or crying!)

Now, I'm not saying everyone's going to have the same reaction, but for someone who's wife (of their two precious children) has mysteriously disappeared - his reaction is quite suspicious to me! Not quite the reaction I would expect in a situation like this!

I guess this is another example of domestic violence with a deadly outcome. Real sad. We have one in the Netherlands also at the moment. Woman went missing on januari 10th, most likely dead but no one can find her. Her husband is in jail because police think he knows more but ofcourse he does not talk. The missing woman wanted out of the marriage, she had an appointment with a divorse laywer the next morning. I guess he wanted to prevent she got the child when they separated.

Shahla - This is like, the 2nd most well-known/publicized case in Utah that has happen in recent years.

There was another similar incident in Utah back in 2004. Some guy by the name of "Mark Hacking" shot his (pregnant) wife in the head while she lay sleeping, threw her body into a trash can, and then put on this whole "My wife has gone missing - please HELP!!" act for everyone to see!

This kind of cases happen often. In this case, Susan, and the case I talked about both women are still missing while both men act like they did nothing, know nothing and won't talk. And are not prosecuted or sentenced yet. I think both women are likely dead because they had an abusive husband. Either emotional abusive, fysical abusive and/or very controlling. This kind of man is a real danger to women.

Josh is such a COWARD. How could he be a father to his boys by not even cooperating with police and not allowing Susan's parents to visit with the boys? He hides behind others and every time the media asks question, Josh's reply, "I've gotta get my boys.." Only a coward would avoid everyone when his wife and children's mother is missing. His website asks for help, but the only thing he provides on his website to communicate to is a phone number for the police. He asks for "other help" for the boys, but doesn't give anyone a way to communicate that they can offer help.
