I think it's pretty cool that Mastodon is a little taste of different styles around the country. Brent hinds is from Alabama, Troy is from Atl GA, Bill and Bran are from New York so The Northeast and Southeast are mixed in this band, pretty awesome! My favorite record of theirs is Remission, since the day it came out many years ago
