  • hatchet man? how lame

  • @deadskyfallin actually its haichi man

  • @KamenRider30 oh ok cool, i hate juggalos and that stupid hatchet man

  • lol, 1987, over my best friends apartment. I made Lion-O jump off the top rope (side of the bed) and dropkick MumRa who my buddy was holding in his hand on the floor. Mum-Ra broke into about 9 pieces. After his initial disgust and running to his mother (who could care less) he returned back to the room and looked at the broken pieces and WE LAUGHED OUR ASSES OFF.

  • For a cartoon based on a toy line, the cartoon actually was pretty good.

  • I wonder if you can still buy Lion-A through Lion-Z figures.

  • thundercats were a not so far second for me as a child i was always into he-man i remember on day i hid my he-man sword one day and took it to school when i got there i was running around yelling at the top of my lungs i have the power. later that day my mom got the call from school about what happened that day and she broke that sword on my back side. LOL the good ol times.

  • Ay and Cheetara made it alright for lads to have a female doll. Fwaaaw, I remember Cheetara.

  • 0:12 "yoo hoo!"

  • The 80s: When toys were fun to play with and action figures had.... Actions.

  • u know this had better animation than he man at the time

  • oh the epic battles back then,gi joe against the steroid abusing he man,the thundercats against the lightning hawks (always bird against cat),,,,,,some of those wars took place not over the course of a few hours no but 2 ,3 and 4 days long!!!!!

for those wonderful toys that no longer rock, that us 7 and 8 year olds would gladly of given our lives for we salute you!!!!!!!!

  • So many cool characters and they used shitty stupid fake allies...C'MON!!!! (were those toys already produced, and they just use Thundercats trademark to sell them?!)

  • Thundercats were not merely a cartoon or toy. To me as a child the Thundercats were a way of life. I worshiped Panthro as my personal savior, modeling my Lord Panthro I too, sported a bald head, studded suspenders, and of course defended my religion and god with a pair of fisted nunchucks.

    I miss the 80's.

  • that kid will be old now, my how time flies

  • This is the same announcer as the narrator for the Transformers cartoon show.

  • i had a tusker warrior...pleasant memories

  • The creator of Thundercats was found dead a couple of weeks ago. :( RIP

  • @holbrooke7 thats crazy

  • @holbrooke7

It wasn't the creator of Thundercats... he was just someone who wrote for the show. It is still very sad that this happened to anyone, but at least get the facts straight before posting it.

  • @holbrooke7 wow thats really sad :(

  • lol Awesome styrofoam snow effects.

  • I had the sword, the shield and the claw!

  • brings back memories. my Lion-O's eyes never did glow.

  • The Epic 80's

  • wow!.....brings back so many memories!....I remember between my brother and cousin and I ...having had Lion-O, Mummra, Panthro, Tigra, Cheetara, wily kit and kat, snarf and the thundertank, which was my all time fav toy back then. Wonder which landfill they occupy now, lol.

  • The 80s were the apex for toy lines - particularly for boys.

  • @Litshttam amen! lightning hawks, robotech, thundercats,GI joe and its infinite toy line,man..wish i still had them all..id be rich.

  • @KeithWasHere1 Don't forget the original Star Wars trilogy, M.A.S.K., Centurions, Masters of the Universe, Dino Riders, Visionaries, Transformers... Happy days!

  • @Litshttam oh i had tons of mask cars...to bad around 12 year old i found the wonder of firecrackers and blew most of them and my gi joes to shit and back....sigh to many gi joe funerals.

  • @KeithWasHere1 LOL! I fondly remember re-enacting the Endor speeder bike chase under our large hedge. Must've scared away many a momma bird!

  • @Litshttam if you laid on your back and looked up at the trees when playing with star wars stuff it always looked more real.

  • @KeithWasHere1 Oh, to be that age again!

  • @Litshttam you said it man,id almost give anything to go back, with some of the knowledge i know now.

  • @Litshttam true dat

  • @Litshttam Not to mention said toylines as some of the strangest allies, especially for He-Man and the Ninja Turtles.

  • hahaha the announcer here did the voice overs for Transformers, micromachines ads, WCW ads and a bunch of other stuff....damn i miss the fuckin 80's!!!!

  • DOES ANYBODY COLLECT THESE FIGURES

  • yeah i did!

  • I want too :(

  • ah...the good ol days....my favorite was the cat with the numn chucks...cant remember his name.

  • I think it was panthro, I collected them about 21-22 years ago!

  • I had three of the figures but sold them the

    charecter was named panthro

  • Panthro. He was voiced by the guy who played Russel [Bill Cosby's dad] in The Cosby Show ^-^
