Both me and my boyfriend have suffered from depression before. For mine, I took citalopram 20mg then increased to escitalopram 20mg which is working brilliant for me and I am still on it.

My boyfriend, mother and friends have tried antidepressants like prozac and the one I'm one only to find it made them worse. My boyfriend smokes cannabis all the time and it helps him fine, but I find weed only makes me more self-critical and paranoid. It all depends on how you react to things.
