Hey, sushi EXPERTS, I have a question. I purchased sushi-grade salmon and ahi tuna and frozen tobiko on Saturday with the intent to make sushi Sunday. My plans didn't work out and now I have a sealed jar of tobiko and two packages of raw fish in my fridge today (Tuesday). I think I will have to cook the fish, but what about the tobiko? Is it okay? The jar is sealed...Thanks!
@thou9009 i placed my tobiko in my freezer. should last a long time. as far as the salmon is concerned, eat it sashimi style... don't you dare let any heat touch that poor fish!
Really good! Thanks!

It's Tobiko as he said, it's flying fish roe. Typically orange and sold at most Asian markets. I suggest the wang brand!
