I heard that they're going to have a recording of Ada in RE5. But nothing about her being actually *in* the game. Leon I've heard nothing about and I'm pretty confident that Leon will not be in the next one reason being he was in RE2, RE4 (also RE gaiden but that game was buried and forgotten about so I'm not counting that one)

Once you beat it on Normal on the Gamecube version, you'll get the option for Special. On the PS2 version, if you beat Separate Ways, Ashley gets a suit of armor and Leon gets the gangster outfit.
