It doesn't look anything like an NYPD RMP. First of all there are no blue lights on one. Second you never even get to see the side. Third there are no numbers on the roof. Fourth the numbers would be in blue on the back of the trunk. Fifth there is not supposed to be any black on the back of the trunk.
