its the same on 360 and PS3 the only difference is texture quality. why would they make a totally different version for 360?

the only reason the ps3 does less fps then 360 is mainly because game developers find it harder to utilize the PS3 CPU then the 360's cpu, PS3 has better hardware inside it though

and because they used more texture detail like i said. Suprisingly even a small amount of detail increase effected the PS3. But the CPU isnt utilized fully like you said.
