  • @TitliNihaan thank you, cant wait to make this

  • sorry if this is a stupid question but i dont know how to make ghee or buy it, Is there anything else i can use instead of ghee?

  • @Gamer1Guys Butter or vegetable oil

  • Hi Titli,

You forgot the Salt! :) This has to be the healthiest version of qorma I've ever seen. A typical dish at every Pakistani wedding of the 70s & 80s and marked with an inch or more of OIL! Try adding a splash of kewra water at the end (also in the biryani) You can find it at any Indian / Pakistani grocer.

  • Hey Titli, how many people will one making serve?

  • @sc00zie About 3

  • Aunty Titli I love you ! .. i am a student in europe and your recipes are my life line aunty ! .. hope you like Pakistan. although we have a lot of problems but still we love people who choose to come here. Aunty May Allah bless you with a lot of happiness. !

    I'm just dying to know!!

  • I wish you were my neighbour, I think you are brilliant!!

  • I followed this a few times + some times with my own moderations such a nigella seeds, more chilli, tumeric etc. all great.

However, I remove cardamom capsules and cloves at some point in the process...can't imagine neither are pleasant to bite into..?

  • @maxem79 I usually remove the cardamoms as I'm eating, but the cloves almost seem to turn soft. I just eat them

  • @galnz1 Useless comment

  • @galnz1 why dont you provide us with the right recipe then..

  • Looked at your site and did not see an obvious email or contact link. Like to try this Korma, but have a question. When you put the yoghurt in and bring the temp up how do you keep the yoghurt from turning into a lot of curd? I've tried subing yoghurt in a fish pie instead of cream and it curdled under the heat. Thanks for any help. Cheers

  • @samuez3 Low-fat yoghurt helps as the amount of milk solids is less. Cooking time also helps - the shorter the better. Stirring constantly helps.

  • Would you get a different consistency if you use Yogurt or Cream?

  • @kanenite1985 I've never noticed much difference

  • Où sont passées tes lunettes?Elles sont tombées dans la poele?

  • @agnesdeque He he he! Non...

  • "White Creamy smoothness slideing down my my throat" That was the Camera Mans Jizzem, Dirty old cook

  • Hey Titli is there a way to make the chicken marinate in anything for a few hours before cooking, so that the meat is softer and more flavorful?

  • Hi,Titli, really enjoy your curry recipes, can we make many of your dishes without Ghee,or is there another option we could use. Regards Carol and Paul.

  • @porridgepistol You can use almost any "oil" - margarine, sunflower oil, canola oil. Don't use olive oil, though. Too strong a flavour!

  • You are fantastic Title. I like your simple, easy and delicious cooking. Keep it up.

  • I tried cooking the Madhur Jaffrey version of this last year but found it to be far too claggy.I made this one last night and it was fantastic! Just had to add 50ml of water to the paste.
