This is Bijan e Mofid, although there are 2 other singers with voice in same scale, Kouros Sarhangzadeh and his nephew, Behzad Behzadi. however, the accents and stops are landmark for Bijan Mofid who had sung the same only with faster record in original shahre ghesseh. ( so it sound like moosh!)

I hope you all know that this song is not by Bijan Mofid. Bijan and his brother Bahman mofid were actors as well as producers of the play.

The song was sang by Korous Sarhangzadeh. His voice was fantasic and he had a mostache like David niven(english actor). I was 5 years of age when my father took me to see the play in a place called "Tallar-eh-25-Shahrivar". One of the best songs and productions ever.

this is so very beautiful, i used to listen to this over and over back in 81 and 82, when i was housebound because of parenting, it is so utterly poetic and the essence of poetry made into a longer piece of writing, i just love it, not only because of nostalgia, but because of its excellent use of the language,using language like the buidingblocks of a building, like bricks in a beautiful architectural construct (ok,that might sound kind of too far-fetched, but yu get the gist)
