  • The Acanthostega at 0:26 kind of looks like a penis

  • was the Thrinaxodon a lizard or a mammal...or alittle bit of both? i heard the platipus lays eggs but is still a mammal.... it also has a beak and its poisonous o_o what a strange mix that one is.

  • this video is just funny as fuck

  • But I have a question, how do white people come along? Mutant?

  • @LittleGagePlanet Circa, I can't remember when, a group of about a hundred, or slightly more, homo-sapiens left Africa (therefore they were black), and went into Arabia. they slowly spread around the south coast of Asia, splitting off as they did, some settling, some moving on. One branch worked north into modern day europe, where the climate was different. Not needing black skin to help protect them from the solar radiation, the skin colour naturally changed (evolution) into white.

  • I'm kind of young (8-10) and I think I will stick to this, grammar, and spelling. You earn another like, and a favorite, great job on your hard work.

  • Look at what we've been through and what we are now! We are pathetic life forms! We feel the need to wear clothes! Why? We have buck teeth, and the teeth that we DO have that are sharp, are tiny. We have no claws, no wings and very bad sense of smell and hearing. No wonder we stay in groups of thousands in cities and buildings. We wouldn't even win a fight with a puppy! How do we fix this?

Eat more meat- We would evolve sharper teeth!

    Exercise!

    Eat fruit and veg!

    Get plenty of fresh air!

  • @7246jack ...

  • @Lesserthannone Yes?

  • @7246jack Eating more meat is how we got into this mess in the first place....eating meat meant our brains developed, and we were able to invent tools, with which we (could) hunt food, make shelter to be safe at night from the wild animals, COOK our meat, chop the meat up so it's easier to chew so we don't need sharp teeth, we live in groups because we are that sort of creature...social. We are a fantastic species, and we have achieved a lot. It's just a shame we're now slowly killing ourselves

  • @KitsuneProductions Nah mate, I don't think that's how we got into this mess. I think if we dump the knives and forks or never even invented them and hunted live animals with our bare hands and teeth, then we would evolve the stomach to get used to that food and who knows, we might be badass creatures like wolves.

  • @7246jack Erm....we DID have the stomach to eat raw meat and things like that...but then we started eating quite a lot of it, and for some funny reason our brains developed, and someone had the idea that if they bashed that stone against that bone, they might see if anythings inside it. Lo and behold, there was bone marrow! Very yummy and good for you, and so they started eating that...and brains grew, and we developed, and so here we are. And if you want to be a badass creature...

  • @KitsuneProductions we're the first species in the history of the world that we know of who has the potential to wipe out life on this planet in a matter of minutes.

  • Great! now if only any of it had good scientific validation, we would be set.

  • @kightsun Great! We're set!

  • 194 Christfags disliked this.

  • @mrbinladenify

I'm a Christian and I liked this, as I fully believe in evolution, Darwinism, the Big Bang and the whole thing...

  • What "non-evolutionists" if that's what they call themselves ( I prefer retards but whatever) need to realize is we aren't descended from apes, we **ARE** apes we are one branch of the hominid species of ape. Evolution is FACT just research the ongoing e coli evolution test where thru 10000 generations of bacteria brand new species have evolved. Brand new species have evolved! brand new species have evolved! BRAND NEW SPECIES HAVE EVOLVED! I feel like I need to repeat to get thru to you retards

  • @nielmc100 It's nice to know there is someone else out their willing to admit they're an Ape :) and I assume animal and mammal as well.

  • @KitsuneProductions of course :)

  • well i'll be a monkeys...... great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great grandson

  • @NickoRules17 No, that's only a few thousand years or so - you're going to have to go back a lot lot lot further to get to anything you'd agree was sort of monkeylike.

  • @fingleur1 Oh i know but youtube only allows 500 characters

  • @NickoRules17 Good point. 400 thousand greats would take a bit of keying.

  • At first I was like Dino, but then I was like human.

  • What if the monkeys in our time will eventually will turn into human-like creatures?

  • @youcantspeak The monkeys in our time are evolving AWAY from being human like not in that direction.

As the tree of life grows, the tips of the branches grow further apart n'est-ce pas?

  • @fingleur1

    thanks!

  • 2:43 ,the home stretch!

  • I think I read somewhere that h. sapiens have as many or even possibly more hair follicles than do chimpanzee.

  • this is awesome.

  • ... Okay. Why are you people watching this if you don't agree with it? Also, I'm a Christian, and I believe it is possible that God created the world through evolution. And, if he didn't, it's still fun to study. Plus, isn't the message of the Bible to love and respect others?

  • @vampyreangelprincess God bless you, bro! :-)

  • @Stinukli Thank you! :)

  • @vampyreangelprincess why would he waste time having us evolve? why didn't he just create everything with the snap of his finger

  • @Ergophile Okay, five things. 1) I am not saying he actually did. I just believe its possible for him to have done either. I don't really know. 2) In Genesis, he didn't snap his fingers: he spoke. 3) Idk. Maybe he was bored? 4) In Psalms, it says "A day 2 God is like a thousand years" and 5) Both theories might be correct bc according 2 the theory of relativity, time on earth is different than time @ elsewhere. So, 7 days @ center of universe might equal billions yrs on earth.

  • @vampyreangelprincess My apologies for the short hand. YouTube's limit on characters makes me sound like I'm texting :(

  • If evolution is so true, then how come monkeys are all hairy, yet they have pink arses with no hair on, whilst I'm bald as a bowling ball and have a big hairy arse?

Let's see Charles Darwin and Richard Dawkins answer that!!!

  • @Hammersley1967 Arse evolution?

  • @Stinukli

    Yes...

That's the only explanation that concurs with the morphological evidence...

  • @Hammersley1967 Actually my comment was just meant to be funny, and I think you know that. ;-) However, I know your user name – you have been here before, and you're not interested in the evidence.

  • @Stinukli

Well, biological evolutionists like Richard Dawkins would have us believe that we share 98% of our DNA with chimpanzees... Well, perhaps Mr Dawkins eats bananas with his feet and spends his day throwing his faeces at passersby, whilst screeching and masturbating, but I can assure you that I do not... Please don't try to drag us down to your level Mr Dawkins...

  • @Hammersley1967 He will have us believe that we share 98,5% overall DNA similarities with chimps? You can't be serious! If you doubt the fact hat we actually do share those similarities, you can compare yourself(GenBank or blast). However, it would perhaps be one heck of a job for your. :P

  • @Stinukli

    LOL

    : - )

  • @Hammersley1967 Are you that limited? Richard Dawkins didn't have us believe that. hundreds of thousands of scientists are practicing evolutionary scientific applications around the world in which you earn a salary in a respectable field and position in life... and we don't need no Dawkins to understand evolution. I guess you are living under a mushroom. Just google human evolution and learn.

  • @Hammersley1967

I think your moronic flaw is that you think that the theory of evolution is based around humans. No, this was a theory crafted from observing species evolve over generations. This is what Charles Darwin proved, and apparently this is what you fail to understand. Even pigs evolve into boars in one life span. To me, it shouldn't be a theory, the evidence is conclusive.

  • @lockpride in science Theory is the highest level of understanding. It's completely different to the plain english usage of the word "theory" which means hunch or guess.

The theory of evolution is a scientific theory as sound as the theory of gravity or electromagnetic theory or number theory that says 1+1 = 2

  • And the all time best selling fiction book goes to........ THE BIBLE!!!!!!!

  • fish, dinosaur, animal, monkey?

  • @robertas2391 No, not dinosaur.

  • @Stinukli dinosour to monkey.

  • @robertas2391 No, we never were dinosaurs and none of the creatures depicted in this video are dinosaurs. Some of them are reptiles, but not all reptiles are dinosaurs.

  • @robertas2391 Dinosaurs are, on the whole diapsids, - having a skull with two openings on each side. Modern-day descendents of these include birds, crocodiles, lizards, snakes.

Mammals (and some reptiles) - come from a division about 300 mya and form the synapsids - having a single hole on each side of the skull.

  • check some Kent Hovind videos ppl

  • @TheMessanjah No. that should be : "Chuck some Kent Hovind videos ppl"

You should catch some of his latest:

"How to pick up soap in the showers"

"Lessons on homosexuality from the Bear in the next cell"

"Scamming money out of your stupid followers for pleasure and profit"

  • Beautiful video

  • 2:45 thats no early humoboid thats just and average black guy XD trololololololl

  • I just read some of the comments that the christians have written and laugh. I'm serious, they are hilarious xD

  • very cool video

  • Somebody give a shout for the poor old Neanderthals! Always the bridesmaid, never the bride!

  • @lozman67 Given the 4% Neanderthal DNA in most westerners' genomes - someone was clearly looking after the bridesmaid from time to time ;-)

  • @fingleur1 he he.. Neanderthal woman: "get your damn hands off me, you filthy Human!!"

  • I believe in some form of evolution. Most likely we mutate from solar radiation and evolve in quick spirts(missing link). Its not random we conciously develope to the next stage to survive and progress. O but i still believe in an afterlife but no physical god or heaven. We are like biological computers and our conciousness is like the internet. It still exists after the computer breaks. Its just my view if your not open to other points of view then fuck you for slowing down evolution. Ignorance

  • Evolution is the biggest lie in the world. So stupid!

  • @dreadiel Which aspect of the theory of evolution are you struggling to understand? It's pretty straightforward if you're prepared to do a little research.

  • @dreadiel You wanna know a lie? GOD(S)

  • @magmablood2 Somehow I expected that answer :D

I think it needs more believing than believing in God, coz its so stupid and can be crushed anytime.

  • @dreadiel how is it stupid THERES TONS OF PROOF

  • @megazion34 yea and Tons of proof that's wrong.

Watch --> Creation Seminar 1 - Kent Hovind - Age of the Earth (FULL)

This should explain what im thinking about Evolution

  • @dreadiel Oh no!

You put "Kent Hovind" and "thinking" in the same post.

Go back to the beginning and try again.

  • @fingleur1 Oh yes! my friend! He has good points. And thinks more than some Brainwashed Evolution baboonz, literally :D

  • @dreadiel: prove it bro

  • Give me a break. BS!

  • @xXRoyaltyXx7 "Ive learned about evolution already" And you still haven't understood shit about it. Don't ask me to explain just for your own sake read a freaking bioligi book about genes and evolution.

  • i wanna morph back into a lizard

  • @shinraninja Same but a human size one with sharp teeth and maybe wings ;)

  • @c1zx Because white skin didn't appear until aprox. 100 000 years ago.

  • @Dakkosa However, true black appeared around 1,2 million years ago.

  • @jojojosmart One word: Mule.

  • I wonder what we will evolve into next...

    Sea----> Land----> Sky?

    Maybe we will evolve wings.

Feathered wings or dragon/bat like wings?

  • @7246jack And maybe not. xD

  • well done

  • nicely done video

  • Probably the best of this type video.

  • can anyone who is willing or informed enough give me a good concrete explanation of how humans and apes are similar in their genetic coding? Information about DNA, chromosomes..etc

  • @boolengleng I've just scribbled you a quick essay by way of PM. Let me know if I've picked out the bits you were interested in.

  • @boolengleng you can Google for human ape dna but breifly Humans and apes show 90%+ the same dna. Thats not surprising since man and apes are all animals, mammals, have much the same bone structure, circulatory and digestive systems and all the rest. The differences are in things like hair thickness, some specific skeletal changes (for walking fully upright) and brain development. Apes have 24 pairs of chromosomes, humans have 2 fused so only 23 pairs. also look at ERV inserts

  • @SqueakerAlpha Thanks for the info. Always studied independently and love the subject. just wanted to know a little more. :)

  • @boolengleng What do you mean by that? Chimpanzees and humans are genetically approximately 98,5% similar overall.

  • @Stinukli I knew about that already, but I just wanted to delve a little deeper and acquire more technical information from someone dedicated to studying the subject. Fingleur1 provided me with a great information :)

  • @boolengleng The human genome is stored in 23 chromosome pairs and consists of 240 million base pairs of DNA. The chimpanzee has 24 chromosome pairs and about the same number of base pairs of DNA as humans. 99% of the coding DNA sequences in the chimp genome are the same as in the human genome. One human chromosome (#2) corresponds to two chimp chromosomes (#2a, #2b) that have fused - but the gene sequences in those two chimp chromosomes still very nearly match those in the one human chromosome.

  • Homo Erectus looks like Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.

  • Ow shit xD I just read 30 pages of religious people being ignorant and rude, and above all, uneducated.

  • like beavis and butt head said your going to hell

  • @TheDarkIcyrevenge Are you seriously retarded? You think people go to hell for accepting evolution? Do you want me to order a session with a psychiatrist for you?

  • religion is real just god made us desend form them :)

  • @BRINGTHEBLAZE which God? there a thousands of them

  • Great vid... but i believe there are more before Eusthenopteron....

    microorganisms ,

i wanted to know all ..... from an atom to now :D

  • Humans are awesome, well done folks!

  • Look at this Religious Video.

They say Evolution is Scientific Fact BUT it hasn't made ONE advancement attributed to Science since its inception.

  • @SoulfulCommute What the fuck to you think scientists have been doing developing antibiotics you ignoramus.

nnnnnngh. If science is this hard for you to grasp just stick with your Bible picture story book and keep out of the way of the serious people who are making your world better for you.

  • @fingleur1 You actually got me, so props bro!

...but Evolution is still a Religion though.

  • @SoulfulCommute It can seem like science is a bit like a religion until you stop and think about it a bit deeper.

Religions claim to know the truth. 30,000 christian denominations all 'know' their particular version of the Bible story is the only true one!

Scientists on the other hand spend their whole lives trying to disprove what other scientists before them have said. The two are quite different.

  • @SoulfulCommute How? evolution has nothing to do with God. for something to be a religion you need a holy book, or whatever. Evolution is scientific research and conclusions, no fairytale. so how? ok how?

  • Neanderthals still exist. I work with 3 of them.

  • Humans are not apes. Though we have a distant common ancestor.

  • @psydp Humans are classified as apes.

Apes describes the clade of tailless catarrhine primates - which includes humans on account of us not having tails and having a simple dry nose with nostrils that point downwards.

  • @xXRoyaltyXx7 Ok first of all, populations evolve, not individuals. Second, the evolution that takes place over thousands or millions of years result in major changes. An animal outrunning a predator give be from dozens of reasons. However it could something as simple as slightly longer legs, more slightly clever prey, etc. That boils down to reproduction with variation. You are not an exact clone of your parents, nothing is. This is Evolution 101 stuff, come on now.

  • Homo Erectus Survived Up Until About 30,000 Years Ago (Y.A.) In Parts Of Southeast Asia.

  • Lovely.. We evolved from fish now?

  • @tuckersgirl17 Not now - it was a while ago :-p

  • @fingleur1 well, yes... but first it was monkeys...

  • @tuckersgirl17 No, definitely fish first, then monkeys. You can remember it by Fish beginning with F like in First. I suppose also Monkeys with an M like in Most recently.

  • It doesn't matter anyway since all races are human and are worth equally as much.

  • HAHA WHITE PEOPLE ARE DUMB ONLY WHITE DUMB PEOPLE ARE EVLUTION FROM APES

  • @yasuomessi88 All scientists have evolved from earlier apes. THey and we are apes ourselves too, we are one of the five great ape species. But these are all well-known facts you'll find simply by looking it up in wikipedia. By the way, what are you: Home-schooled idiot american from the "Bible Belt, or ignorant muslim more concerned with learning the pedophile Muhammad's book than real schoolwork like for insteance science, biology/evolution? It's always one of the two: dumb muslim or American..

  • Correct transition would be to have an african come after 2:53, then whites and asians which are people who migrated out of africa to colder harsher environments and evolved in the process.

But that is part of evolution racist and forbidden to talk about along with noticing that black people look closer to our ape ancestors and are on average dumber and more prone to violent impulsive behavior.

  • @scheissejesus Don't think it should. It goes as far as H. sapiens sapiens. To say Africans evolved to become Europeans is not really true any more than it is to say my Ancestors were French and they Evolved to become English.

(For the record, the English are still smarter and more civilised than the French though)

  • @fingleur1 THe africans that left mated with neanderthals(yuck), but maybe that in some way may have been a good thing, made the offspring smarter. Only people with neanderthal genes ever developed higer cultues and civilisations, the subsaharan africans never did, they remained stone age and hunters/gathereres until they were found by modern humans again. And still they can't make their societies work.. Just saying. The neanderthals had bigger brains but dumb wiring, but maybe together it worked?

  • But I have to agree with white people that apefaced people are hardly a turn-on, more like an instant turn-off.

  • I know that chimpanzees, gorillas, orangutans, baboons etc. are apes and I don't give a shit about the biased opinions of "scientists", some people say that humans are apes too but that they're definitely are primates which I find ridiculous because there's a big difference between Gods words and peoples words so fuck you!

  • @TheMeteorStrike You do know the difference between opinion and fact?

It's a fact that you are an APE, it's not an opinion that you can choose to adopt or not.

Ape describes your body plan. Sure there are differences between you and the other apes. This makes you a SPECIAL KIND OF APE. I hope this makes you feel better.

  • Comment removed

  • Comment removed

  • Dogs look like wolves although they aren't the same species at all so therefore the ones who think humans are apes are blind and can't see (the) big differences.

  • @TheMeteorStrike You dimwit, "Ape" isn't a species!

Ape describes the clade of tailless catarrhine primates. You are an Ape no matter what you believe created your species.

Your problems understanding things would be cured by a little education here and there.

  • noth being funny but at 1:32 wir pritty much a dog then at 1:37 wir a rat hahahahahaha all my ass

  • was this song on Jurassic park?

  • People who mix that are just as ridiculous as a "Christian" I know of who said that the government keep it down about aliens, according to the Bible God created life on the planet known as Tellus (the earth) and that excludes Mars, Venus, Saturn etc., people like that aren't Christians.

  • Archeology/Atheism/Evolutionism/Science etc. doesn't go together with Christianity just like certain magnets avoids each other upon contact.

  • when my girlfriend is angry, she looked like 1:50

  • In my experience, it takes a lot of perquisite knowledge in order to fully understand evolution. First you need to learn about the nature of matter as always being stable to even exist. Yes there is a reason why helium2 molecules do not exist, only atoms. Then biology and basic geology, including ecology. After that, anthropology while learning evolution. Yes it is quite unfortunate for those who cannot acquire rigorous education but it is the only way.

  • @Illuminanthroti Not really, u just have to not be a dumb brainwashed relgious person. I read one essay about a page long and pretty much realised evolution is basically inevitable.

  • Question mark at the end of video?

  • So we come from fish?.....

  • @swagout69 yes, why not?

    we also come from monads

  • @swagout69 Not modern-day fish, no. But a fish-like creature yes. And a lungfish-like creature, and a shrew-like creature and a squirrel-like creature, and a lemur-like creature and a monkey-like creature ...

  • @xXRoyaltyXx7 You should have a go at learning about evolution - I think you'd find it interesting. Evolution does make sense if you get your head around it.

  • @xXRoyaltyXx7 Nowhere as dumb as someone thinking that something that vaguely looks squirrel-like is actually a squirrel.

Crusafontia is no more squirrel than it is bear, dog, kangaroo, giraffe, dolphin or whale!

Learn about evolution and you might find you start to understand these things better.

  • An opinion...Christianity (and maybe Islam) is/are the true/original "religion(s)" and came before everything else, I think that if all religions except maybe Islam and all mythologies (if some people still haven't realized It's pure fantasy) were removed it would make things easier and It's ok if some people are atheists/evolutionists, if some people don't want to believe in God then ok, I support democracy, It's their choice, too bad for them though.

  • You have to choose between 200.000 years ago and Adam & Eve, you can't say humans are made in Gods image if you believe in what the archeologists are saying that humans are a 200.000 year old species, it means that humans aren't descendants of Adam & Eve so saying humans are made in Gods image when they're not descendants of Adam & Eve is beyond ridiculous X_X

  • A guy I know said he believe in God when he wants to be an archeologist when he gets older, just HELLOOOOO?!?! Archeology has NOTHING to do with Christianity, another guy I know who appears to be reiligious while enjoying reading about "newly discovered fossils/species", I even told him that archeologists say they've "found out" that "modern humans" originated in Africa 200.000 years ago and he still believes were made in Gods image, It's got nothing to do with Adam and Eve at all, EPIC FAIL >_<

  • Some people IRL I know of has met Jesus and that means the Bible is Gods words (written by men).

  • Well. . .to some of you, your posts seem to say to me that evolution is your religion. To me there is one God and his son Jesus.

  • @Jim777ism Please get an education! Learn the differences between races and species. yes Human are apes but the word ape doesn't indicate a species. gorilla does.

  • @gurkfile I said, "...and OTHER apes". May you please know your punctuation. The word 'yes' should have been capitalized. There should have been 2 spaces before it, not one. There should have been a comma after it, and the word 'human' should have been in lower case. There also should have been 2 spaces after the end of your first sentence, not one space! You should have put quotation marks around the word "ape". And, you should have used a semicolon after the word "species".

  • CeeSee7 are u joking ? monkeys monkeys hahaha

  • human now =omg i kill a gekko last night...

human after 1milion year =omg i kill human last night...

  • Religion-the worst fucking thing that's ever happend to us.
