would you guys be able to rewire/reprogram the tail lights so that the ring around the outside are constantly on and the center sections scroll from left to right ( right tail light) and right to left (left tail light) side?

Yes, we can definitely do something like that if you like. So basically just the outer ring for parking/brake light function and the inner circle for sequential turn signals right? Definitely possible. Check out our site and contact us through there to discuss further on different options.

These are not preassembled, but if you are interested in a set, we will gladly make a set for you if interested. They are not 100% plug and play, but does not require much work to get them to work. We will have all necessary hardware that you will need in order to install them. The only tool you will need is a set of socket wrenches to install the taillights and a set of pliers to crimp on some wire taps that we provide.

Those are factory Nissan "Type-X" taillights from s13 hatch back that were retrofitted with LED

Did you have to use a dremel to open up the lights or heat? That's all I would like to know and awesome work!

This particular set of taillights we were actually able to heat up since it has that rubber butyl style sealant. If anything, the reverse lights were the hardest to get loose compared to anything else.
