  • i have the same engine only a 1924 ignitor model,

and i have to laugh at myself, i was saying "open the choke"

  • I like it how you weren't expecting it to start at first pull and got a bit surprised. :D

  • Im going to do 1 of these up this winter, What colour green and manufacture of paint did you use and what spark plug have you got in your International M?

  • @goldie103103

The paint is machinery paint made by 'Tractol' I had a base colour green and had a little black added to the shade I wanted. Paint gives good finish. Spark plug is a old LODGE 22 mm

  • @s2steamy Oh right, Im restoring a 1924 model with a rotary magneto and I need a new plug and needs painting as it was a unfinshed project.

  • you have done a realy good job runs very well

  • who ever is give me hands down must be Disgusted that they dont want to see that building old desgin engines with a Cleaner & Smart future ... By the way Diesel and Semi Diesel are the best type engines to use for all Type of Vehicles ....

  • beautiful little engine! Nice work, friend.

  • Where can i get something like that from and how much did it cost and what sort of things does it do for a engine

    thanks

  • Beautiful!

  • u could use this to power a small car

  • yea smart car lol!

  • Very nice restoration! Those Model M's are wonderful engines. I rescued one in pretty much the same condition as yours from a neighbor's flower bed.

  • I can see all the hard work you put into your engine, puts my old iron to shame. Nice job. Phil

  • beutiful engine!!! and i see you have a model steam engine....looks to be about 1/8th scale and what was it modeld after?

  • The model steam engine is a 1/4 full size Fowler Ploughing engine, see my other video of it running.

  • nice restortion job. im working on a 1 1/2 ignitor fired and a 3hp spark plug fired

  • You did a great job. Thats how my fathers McCormick looked when we first got it and how my block for my John Deere Model E looked. Both of our engines is a work in progress and hope to be done by spring. Keep up the good work!

  • No it's an ordinary internal combustion engine. Starts on petrol and changes to paraffin when warmed up. No intentions to couple it up to anything at the moment.

  • That's neat... is this a sterling cycle engine ?

Have you ever considered hooking this thing up to a generator ?
