  • Thanks for posting these videos. I'm learning to play Billy Joel's songs.

  • @rafaelg45 No problem!

  • can this be played the same an octave higher/lower?

  • @JadeForMercury It can be played perhaps an octave higher, but not lower. The chords would sound too muddy that far below Middle C.

  • oh.. Billy Joel... not Shawn Mullins. everythings gonna be alright.. rockabye.

  • i'm writing a song since 15., but i'm only an amateur.,, but i think my compositions was so good in ear., somebody says it is great!

  • hey john, your tutorials and covers are awesome. I was wondering if you ever wrote any original songs for the piano, if so if maybe we could get a video on one?

    thanks

  • @clarke452 Glad you like them, thanks! I actually don't write much original stuff at all.. everything I've ever written winds up sounding like something else that's already out there. So I just stick to arranging other people's songs. Wish I had the talent to write music, though, I'd love to be able to do that.

  • thanks john..u got me back into piano..didnt relize how much i missed it

anyway think the one by elton john can be done>?
