Well there is plenty of ways to workout without going to the gym! I have a gym membership actually but it is really inconveinent because I don't have a car (im 17) and can't always get there. I do lots of stuff at home! I do pilates videos, yoga, rollerblade and I run like 5 times a week outside! Plus im in tennis everyday for 2 hours so who needs the gym guuurrlll. lol!

holy crap that's a lot. i hope that includes cardio as well, my workouts usuallly last 45 minutes 1 hour tops of weight lifting and that's enough lol if you do all the machines in the gym, take long rests in between sets and take that long to complete a workout i doubt it's gonna give you effective results.

theres a special alarm clock you can get that send a little disk across the room, and to make it stop you have to find the disk and put it back!
