@michaelmaersch I should probably do an updated version of this; growth has continued in the two years since I made this has continued, with explosive growth in eBooks. (And the introduction of the iPad & other tablet computers.) Luckily, just about everything in there is still relevant at this point. I'm glad you enjoyed it!
