@chaddythewoodpecker It's actually from an old clock I had that broke. (The frame part.) Most craft stores sell clocks. You can also get them at Rockler (dot com)

Next time try some parchment paper instead of the waxed paper. Found in the same place as the waxed paper, it uses silicone and is less likely to have glue and stuff adhere to it.

On the drama about the accent: for the frenchie that I am, I think that every little difference in accent brings a different mood, which makes for a nice, funny hommage. Here I really felt like I was in the southwest with an oldtimer building a clock. Thanks for the free trip Steve :)

Hey Steve, Nice clock. I think perhaps some metal rods to replace the dowels would add something to the look, but the dowels look good, too. I have to say your southern accent needs a little work, but then there are so many dialects around that there's probably someone around that talks just like that. @stevinmarin My little bandsaw is a recent acquisition. Twice I cut circles with my table saw sled. It was not an operation for the feint of heart. Band saw seems safer. Thanks for these vids!
