I am stunned by the amount of work put into this commercial for sachets of oil for oil pulling. Wow, just the number of wardrobe changes by itself is unbelievable. The set design was incredible too. India is gonna leave us in the dust.

Oil si not good for the soil, nor for the micro organism that live in it and make it healthy. Never put oil on the soil. It's like pouring poison.

Pyog: there are many types of oil. Seeds,beans,nuts and grains are loaded with oil. the earth knows exactly what to do with an oil you can put in your mouth . Now Motor oil is another story, i agree . But i say plant based oils are much better spit in the grass than ending up in the river and ocean.

According to Dr. Karach, spitted oil contains bacterias at their first stage of development, my opinion is that if they are released in an open air space they will thrive and contaminate whatever passes by.

About composting, I always avoid composting cooked food, and I never compost oil or seasonings of any kind. Vegetable oil is found in nature in minute quantities, nothing like what human beings press and concentrate for culinary uses. It's just to much oil and too much bacterias.

Some one could start "oil pulling " collection company for Bio Diesel =) . A good composter /worm bin can decompose all food scrapes in moderation . I've been composting cooked food scrapes for years. No ,I wouldn't pour a gallon of oil in there ,but oil pulling is like 1 ounce and that fine for a large bin , I know.

I trust you about the worms being able to deal with one ounce of oil, even daily... I wouldn't do it anyway, I spit inside a paper towel in a small plastic bag... and I do believe the oil is toxic, probably not as toxic as fully fledged hosital grown bacteria, and God forbid the government put his nose in individual oil pulling and legislate on its disposal, because all get burns anyway, medical waste and city garbage. The only thing that changes is the way they are handled (and the cost of it).

This is one of the most creative Ads I have seen in recent times. I love this Ad for multiple reasons :-

* It was doing a break-thro marketing of a commodity Product Gingelly Oil by Use Positioning it for a different purpose.

* It has a brilliant Structural flow where it arouses expectations that everyone is talking about the concept in various media sources - and also gives pointers to public to learn more from those sources - thereby establishing Credibility in the minds of the customer.
