  • this edward look like a dead man :D

  • i went here because of the hodgetwins

  • hahahaha this guy is tiny do any of u know what 30 pounds of muscle is he would be massive u wudn't be able to recognise him lol dream on taylor

  • wait this motha fucka said he gained 30 pounds looks like a bitch at that hodgetwins bitch

  • people need to get off this dudes nuts. he's not that muscular, he just has low body fat. anyone who believes he put on 30lbs of muscle is either delusional or retarded.

  • @eatmychol123 Bingo! Same with people's impression of Brad Pitt in Snatch and Fight Club - he's super lean and therefore looks bigger than he is. I'd bet Pitt weighed 160 at most in Fight Club, Taylor might weigh close to that, Pitt's muscle is more mature and dense (myofibrillar) whereas Taylor is more 'puffy' (sarcoplasmic). OK, I geeked out on that.

  • Anyone who's stupid enough to believe that this guy (or any normal human) put on 30lbs of lean muscle in a year deserves to be sterilized.

  • what a pussy

  • He was told he needed to "bulk up" to keep his part in the Twilight saga as wolf Jacob Black. He even said he started over training and started losing weight, so he had to change his routine. He looks great!

  • omg shark boy!

  • It's very possible to gain that much weight in a year especially when your young and have high levels if testosterone, I'm 17 and I gained 15 pounds of lean muscle over the summer

  • @Freedomaintfree21 yes but he gained 30... which is ridiculous because he claims he trained 3 hours EVERY day. In other words overtraining. Either he exaggerated or (this is what I think) he used steroids, like most movie star...

  • I gained 22 pounds of muscle in a year and it was extremely hard i went from 127 pounds to 149 pounds with a little hard work and determination anything is possible I'm 18 and my height is 5'8 and a 1/2 by the way =D

  • 6-10 pounds of muscle in on year? yea maybe if you only workout a few times a month, but for those who work out 3-4 times per week, and actually hard, its completely possible to get 50 pounds in year

  • @MegaNewmoonfan LOL 50 pounds a year? HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!

I can't stop laughing at how RETARDED your comment sounds. You embicile, you don't know nothing.

TAYLOR LAUTNER DID NOT PUT ON 30 LBS OF MUSCLE IN 9 MONTHS, LET ALONE A YEAR...

Do you have ANY idea how huge you would be if you packed on 30 lbs of muscle? You would not even be recognised. Indeed he put on alot of muscle, but 30 lbs? Cut the bullshit.

Now 50 lb? HA! Yeah, if you was on steroids AND hormone growth at the same time..

  • @MegaNewmoonfan NAH mate, 50lbs....go to a meat store, find a piece of meat 50lbs and re-evaluate your statement...

  • @MegaNewmoonfan ahahahaahahahahaha

  • such a terrible movie

  • His voice doesn't suit his Body

im a guy and feel gay for saying that

    :/

  • hhmmm,..i keep hearing that we are lied to about hollywood workouts

  • oh my god i want him to be mine!

  • Someday young fella... you'll learn painfully that ACTING will be your only salvation to longevity and escape from making this horrible movies.

  • 30 pounds of muscle in weeks? Bs... 50 pounds of muscle per yr is more like it. Not weeks.

  • @runescapeglicthes uhh no... lol

  • @runescapeglicthes haha, 50 pounds of lean muscle is impossible to gain in a year moron. Typically 6-10lbs of lean muscle in one year is a good year in bodybuilding...hit the gym before you comment bro..

  • @MaxShigs lol his user name involves runescape i dont think he has ever touched a weight

  • Bullshit, it's a lot easier to maintain then to transform your body

  • @NinjaKid3000 he most likely took prohormones...or even pinned actual testosterone

  • hodgetwins bitches

  • @JCamacho123 yeah & these lil team jacob fans can do whatever the FUCK! they wanna do ..

  • @JCamacho123

    RIGHT on!

  • Did he lift weights or just body weight exercises?

  • @LifeDrain1 he focused on heavy weights, and he didnt push or pull them. he focused on the "negative" part of the lift. I think hes a horrible actor, but damn, wrestling never got me a bod like his.

  • @Joewrestler152 negative exercises?

  • He most likely took Creatine.

  • @NinjaKid3000 im not saying that makes a HUGE difference, but it still helps when your working really hard like he did

  • @NinjaKid3000 its the only nutritional supplement that has been tested over and over again and has proof that gives you actual gains of muscle...despite all the water retention etc

  • let's clear the whole muscle crap out...it is impossible to put 30 pounds of lean muscle in less than a year...even in a year...it is virtually impossible..you wouldnt recognize him if he did...he probably gained 30 pounds in weight and from there he got around 10 pouunds (with good nutrition/supplementation and training) but 30 pounds...no way in hell lol...he would be gigantic lol sort of an ifbb pro fitness model...hope this clears things up! :D

  • @israelsito07

its not possible naturally. with roids or some GH sure, but he clearly didn't use that so your statement is pretty much the most correct one i've read.

  • @bekf25 yeah bro i mean i know about fitness and how the body works...and yeah roids or some testosterone makes those gain...but naturally well thats impossible....even when using supplements :P...

  • @israelsito07 no its not that impossible he worked out like every other day

  • @MrGrimdrawings i know what im talking about :)...a gain of 30 pounds of muscle in less than one year is not possible! :)...the most you can probably gain is around 14..if you bulk correctly and then cut correctly and so on and so forth...but 30 pounds of MUSCLE in less than a year...nop that is not possible!

  • @israelsito07 he could of used something called creatine which makes you muscles retain more water making them look bigger.

  • @MrGrimdrawings creatine monohydrate yeah it makes you look bigger...but as said before making you look bigger doesnt mean you got 30 pounds of lean muscle....as you stated it "inflates your body" but doesnt create that much muscle.. :)

  • Well this fellow had good trainers to cut him in shape for New Moon and Eclipse but he himself lacks bodybuilding knowledge. The only "muscle" you lose fast is the larger reserves of sugar and water in the muscle as well as dilated blood vessels. The real muscular tissue, that doesn't go away fast.

  • Nothing to do with workout routine at all...

  • tool

  • sexyyy xD

  • He's sooooooooooooooooooooooooo hhhhhhhooooooottttttt !!

  • ... it is way harder to put on muscle than it is to maintain it and no way in hell he put on 30lbs of muscle

  • @fatty1190 thats his opinion its just his body that is hard to maintain it. if he had good healthy food worked out a lot its possible. 30? idk i remember him saying how he put on 26 on an interview and said he had 4 more to go

  • @SpecOpsMission he would be much bigger if he put on 30 lbs of muscle

  • In Russia muscle builds you!

  • he has a cute nose

  • puny little kid

  • maintaining muscle is hard...? what juice is he on?

  • @tolmbyf0u Um it kinda is. Not natural muscle when ur skinny and u have always had a six pack thats nothing. when ur really buff and ripped it is, thats why u have to have diets and routines for working out. kinda shitty ass juice r u on nigga

  • @SpecOpsMission you dont know shit brah

  • @tolmbyf0u Yeah thats exactly why im at 4 percent body fat, not skinny and i hit the gym 5 times a week. im pretty sure i know what im talking bout "brah" smh

  • @SpecOpsMission Stats? and no you're not 4% bf, i know starving Ethiopians at higher bf than that. umad?

  • @tolmbyf0u Been working out HARD for 3 1/2 years now. and good for u that u know that. And im pretty sure u wouldnt know what bf i am idiot. I know what i am and im very proud of what ive done. What r u 14? With this 'umad' shit haha grow up

  • @SpecOpsMission got cancer brah? I can stop working out for a month and eat shit while maintaining my aesthetics, problim?

  • @tolmbyf0u arrogance is not aesthetic brah. just a heads up

  • @littlejay1994 we all know you're mirin brah

  • @tolmbyf0u Only if you say so.

  • I wouldnt buy shirts if ı had that body man

  • taylor lautner has randy orton eyes

  • lol,

everything get's easier with medication :D

  • He probly used steriods? Wht u think?

  • @cookiesyummyful i think your wrong.. and know very little about how to workout.. that's what I think

  • "doesnt he own a shirt" lol no robert... he doesnt need one :P

  • LOL loving the noob comments about muscle and fat. Fat is a source of energy and it is burned for energy. Muscle is a source of amino acids and energy. Muscle burns when there is no fat to burn for energy OR if there is an amino acid deficiency in your blood stream. If you eat a good amount of protein everyday and weight train you shouldn't be burning any muscle...

  • Comment removed

  • he trains for sarcoplasmic hypertrophy no wonder his muscles go away as soon as he stops training...

  • @UberPanj in english please?

  • @jed52 hehe. his goal is to put more liquid and glycogen into his muscle cells thus making them increase in size, not number. the other way to train is to increase the number of contractile protein; the more you have it, the stronger you are. it's hard to lose that kind of muscle gains.

  • Fat burns -> muscle forms.. that's how you get rid of fat/get muscular

But losing it.. muscle depletes and fat forms.. that's how you lose the mass and get fatter

A muscular body is like a car.. with out maintenance, it won't perform as good or stay in the same condition

  • This guy should play as Nightwing for a fan film Batman movie.

  • I love Taylor lautner he is my sexy beast:)

  • @Ilovetaylorlautner05 we no...ur name says it

  • @Ilovetaylorlautner05 you must be confused love.;) He's my sexy beast .!!!

  • BELLA IS A SLUT

  • @Watchbreakin shut up hater

  • bella is flirting wid 2 guyz :D haha

  • @George0935 thats not true, if you dont use it you lose it. It doesnt matter how hard or long you work out for, if you stop, you will lose mass. if not then arnie would still be big as fuck wouldnt he. Muscle breaks down as fast as it grows

  • hey taylor, come down to my gym for a legs session. You wont walk for a week.

  • Get topless...

  • Get topless...

  • @George0935 Muscle doesn't turn into fat actually

  • honestly he's full of himself. lol..... good looking but full of himself. lol

  • @itsikzblogTV how is he full of himself. He dosent seem to be boasting about anything

  • the thing about working out younger and get bigger younger is that when he gets old and stops the workout routines all that mass will go to fat and he'll be a huge fatty lol

  • @raulurrutia you thick prick, its impossible to change two cells in your body, you can not turn fat to muscle or muscle to fat, shut up you prick

  • @durner1 Lmao you beat me to it brah!!

  • @raulurrutia muscle does not turn into fat...that's a huge misconception...

  • @Ishbu101 muscle is "eaten" before fat

  • @Andicous true :) The body will do anything to stay alive.

  • @Ishbu101 Fat doesn't turn into muscle either.

  • @simox81 You can make it though with ridiculous training.

  • @Ishbu101 I HATE how people say that haha. It's like come on, fat has a completely different atomic build-up then muscle. Its a bit obvious really.

  • @Ishbu101 yeah you just lose the muscle and it turns into like stretched skin

  • @Ishbu101 you mean fat doesnt turn into muscle?

  • @Ishbu101 you think? :D

  • @Ishbu101 if you take creatine and that is building your muscle it will eventually turn into fat as you get old

  • @RappehMusic ...how is anything you just said physically possible?

  • @SantanaLogic because im studying sports science university ? suck it ?

  • @RappehMusic and they didnt teach you grammer? and its physically impossible to turn amino acids into lipids you failing fuck

  • @SantanaLogic you should suck my cock you ugly fucker ? i fucked your moms ass last night ?

  • @RappehMusic what the fuck are you talking about it will turn into fat? buddy you better back out of your sports science degree cause you don't know what you're talking about. Muscle and Fat are made up of completely different cells therefor they are completely different and have different functions. And Creatine doesn't build muscle, protein and testosterone do. Creatine just just makes it so that more ATP can be replenished during an exercise. So really buddy you don't know shit, good try.

  • @elephantom12 you have a tiny penis your so ashamed

  • @RappehMusic My penis is god like compared to your tiny chode.

  • @raulurrutia funny i know a sixty year old ex-power lifter, he stopped working out along time ago, he's still big and solid =P

  • Compare him and justin bieber at the age of sixteen.

  • hey people creatine is the best body building supplement right now because it doesnt have side effects ok it doesnt by side effects i mean not like farting after a protein shke i mean serious side effects but you have to drink as much water as you can so your liver is good to go

  • @shawndx100 creatine does have side effects

  • @aznpatrik00 really? what are they?

  • @shawndx100 look it up,

i'm not gonna waste my time on something you can do on your own.

  • @aznpatrik00 hahahah thats funny ten dont fucking comment on my thing if u dont wanna waste your time you dumbass what a retard it takes that much time to right the side effects? ur kidding me! or u dont know anything and ur just arguing. too many retards on utube

  • @shawndx100

yeah, retards including you, if you cant even research it up yourself, then you've gotta be one of those retards.

  • @aznpatrik00 fuck you ur the retard i already did before i came on here and it doesnt have any serious side effects and i mean serios so stfu now

  • @shawndx100

your just mad your stupid, haha.

and "stfu", are you a kid or something?

so, your a stupid retarded little kid. haha.

i feel sorry for you/ research it up some more, obviously you didnt find it dumbass

  • no homo but im freakin jealous of taylor's body,he;s all buff and im jus a toothpick :( what kind of foods should i eat to help build my muscles faster cuz imma start workin out :D any tips ?

  • @panjr0809 i would recommend a few protein shakes a day, but try and avoid creatine shakes if you can and just have plenty of protein shakes, water, fruit and veg and eat aggs and tuna and beans etc as natural proteins are the building blocks. reason being creatine can cause mood swings and even depression, so just have protiens and other nutrients and you'll do great ;)

  • @blueleaf1717 thanks for the tips man :D is nutrament a good protein shake ?

  • @panjr0809 yeah sure mann have that if you want anything without creatine or small amounts are okay lol dont need to have loads just have one in the morning and one after you train.. if u dont train then have one at night and after keeping up that routine for a few weeks with foods i mentioned you will feel more powerful and notice you are physically stronger :)

  • @blueleaf1717 thanks bro :D well im a ectomorph so its gonna be hard

  • @blueleaf1717 Are you sure creatine does that? It have been using it a while and haven't experienced that I don't have much results either maybe its not real creatine

  • @murdaville100 i forgot to mention actually it does depend on the individual of course it disagrees with some people and isnt bad for others but i would still avoid it because unlike protein, ur body makes its own creatine anyway so it doesnt need anymore.. it always needs plenty of protein and stuff espec if you train regularly

  • @blueleaf1717 Creatine does NOT cause depression, it is not bad for you in any way, shape or form. It basically is a phosphate molecule designed to transport ATP and water to your muscles to give you more energy and water retention. I'm a bodybuilder and have been on creatine for two years now, and nothing adverse has ever happened, it's just a good supplement to help build muscle.

  • @09DannyH yeah like i said it has different effects for everyone. when i started creatine shakes my general mood took agot bad and i felt depressed, yet when i stopped them i was feeling fine again, then i went back on them and felt depressed again so surely creatine must have had something to do with that.. but i agree it is not bad but my point is ur body makes creatine anyway so as long as you have plenty of protein you will build strength anyway

  • @blueleaf1717

what the fuk are you talkin about.. LOL

  • @iridebigrimz nevermind lol basically my point is take creatine tablets as much as u want but if u start feelin depressed get off them immediately lol

  • @panjr0809 not so much wat a just how much, get in at least 6 big meals in a day

  • @panjr0809

High protein, moderate fats, low carb diet with a lot of water. And remember to do compound excercises like bench press, SQUATS and deadlifts. Make sure you do the last two because they'll put more muscle weight on than anything. Do shoulder press as well. Actually just google Stronglifts 5x5 and read everything they have to say

  • @vuddha95 thanks for the tips :D

  • wowwwwww he is fit

  • lol! "Doesn't he own a shirt?"

  • @GizEdwards im not a fan of twilight but that line was actually funny

  • @GizEdwards lol

  • how do you get an 8 pack ???

  • @chris123chris82 it's all about diet and exercise.

  • @chris123chris82 check out Taylor Lautners diet and training routine. It wasn't easy getting an 8 pack.

  • @chris123chris82

Steriods can give you an 8 pack because of the low body fat you will if you take steriods

  • @Thingmuhjig95 It depends on your height. I'm 5'7" and I'm almost 170. Some things you've also got to consider is body fat percentage, current fitness level, and diet. If you're taller than me, you can easily gain much more weight in muscle mass by doing a structured exercise and diet routine. It you are really thin and want to gain weight, you should focus on eating more and doing heavy lifting, if you want to lose fat you can easily switch to a high rep/high intensity plan

  • @Kryptoknight19 Nice man! that is absolutely correct. props on the info!

  • @Justdaman411 I put on 30 pounds of muscle in 4 months. I used to run collegiate cross country and track and never worked out in a gym before in my life. If you read any article or interview about Taylor Lautner, neither did he. When you stop doing cardio and focus on building muscle, your body gains enormous amounts of muscle mass because you tear muscle fibers and increase the overall size of the muscle. I went from 135 in May of this year to 165 this past August and I only take protein

  • @Kryptoknight19 ur beast, right now im 159 pounds and ive been wrking out rlly hard. do u think i should lose more weight?

  • @illudo55 26 pounds in a year is certainly possible for him because he's a naturally growing teen but he didn't do it in a year, he did it in 6 months. 26-30 solid pounds of muscle is naturally impossible. It's not his fault, the movie producers or trainers might of asked him to take it for his role, but its detrimental for his health. Of course, he has a sick body but I'm not THAT far behind and I'm doing it naturally without a trainer.

  • @illudo55 If that's what it is then everyone at your local gym would look like that. Truth is, that amount of muscle he packed on in that short of time is impossible without performance enhancers, probably HGH because he can afford it. Of course, I'm not jealous, I don't exactly want to die of heart failure at the age of 50.

  • He took HGH which is the highest quality of performance enhancers. It has long term side effects and is extremely expensive.

  • typo in the title talyor taylor

  • steriods is the secret

  • @TooFreshproductions im not sure took steroids you know cos he doesnt look stupidly big but just very toned.. probably the best protein and carb supplements money can buy and intense training every day

  • @blueleaf1717 he gained 30 pounds of muscle

a teen of his age at best can gain 10 pounds in 1 year

he gained 30 in 6 months

  • @TooFreshproductions yeah maybe he took steroids haha come to think of it zac efron was in great shape even in the first HSM i never knew if he took steds too cos he wasnt huge but just very shaped

  • @TooFreshproductions all you have to do is eat a shit load of extra protein and lift the right amount of weights

  • @TooFreshproductions agree every actor in holywood is using them for gaining or losing pounds

  • Hay algo que no me gusto al final de este video y es que taylor dice que quiere terminar ya la saga para acabar con el personaje osea que quiere despedirce del como dando a entender que ya no lo quiere y que no le interesa mas
