hm. The difference between those "SFX shots" and real shots is : a real small caliber shot does leave nothing else like a small hole on yr front. No blood splashing around first (you will suffer from bleeding out later and inside of yr body). In case the projectile leaves a body on the rear side when fast enough and no bones have stopped it, there is opening up the real "hole".
