can you tell me if the thumbstuds are the same as on the skyline? and alittle hard to deploy? videos alittle old im guessing youve edc'd this knife alittle how has it held up? gonna order one $10 cant beat that.
@BuckKnifeS30V The thumb studs are similar to the Skyline but not exactly the same. The blade is a little difficult to deploy but you will get used to it. The knife has held up well but I did not use it for any hard tasks.
If i had to make a choice between the two i would choose the Kershaw LFK. Both knives are equal in edge retention but i have had to sharpen both of them only a moderate amount of use. As for grip i prefer the LFK because it has a slightly longer handle and it fits well in my hand. The Mini Fast Draw is smaller and hard to open because of that. The LFK is slightly heaver and noticeable when comparing the two but I actually prefer the weight just so I know it is still in my pocket.
So this knife doesn't come with a pocket clip? :-? Damn thats a downside...

any reference for this against the Byrd finch?

They are similar. The finch is a bit smaller. I like the LFK because it has aluminum handle scales and the finch as FRN.

How's this little guy compare to the Gerber Mini Fast Draw in terms of edge retention, grip, and weight (is the extra ounce noticeable)?
