Google for 'Mark Joggerst'. On his site you can watch the commercial. Stream it and copy the .mpg-file from 'temporary internet files'. Then you can use a programm such as 'Alive MP4 Converter' to seperate the audio from the video.

Or take the easy road: give me your emailadress, and I'll mail you the mp3 file.

Hmm I don't think that's necessary, you just need to read the music sheet. You can find the combination of your fingers in the first part yourself, it's different for everyone, like I have big hands and use different fingers, good luck ;)
