Venezuela is faced with hostile governments nearby, imperialist adventures and the threat of coups and foreign mercenaries, counter-revolutionaries, economic sabotage etc Chavez and his supporters have learned some of the lessons of Chile and other places, but the struggle is long and fraught with dangers. A popular workers' militia is a must!
