  • First, thanks for commenting. I appreciate the discussion. One thought I have to offer in regards to your summation of Burr's actions...your perspective completely makes sense, but I would offer this...murder is an extreme act, one that the vast majority of people will never engage in. It could be argued that to take reasonable steps in this situation would require a clever mind? Many murders are solved instantly because people are not wired for it, and make many mistakes.

  • "Do you know how many idiots have committed murder and it's taken hundreds of detectives to solve the case?" People remember Lars Thorwald as a smart and intelligent killer but the details only show he committed felony out of panic. Everything Raymond Burr does is reasonable for someone to do, not inventive or clever, simply stepping carefully.

  • Well...in my own analysis...this was an assignment I completed as a part of my Master's in Educational Technology. The quality of the screen captures is lacking. I narrate with a flat voice and I talk through my nose. Maybe I had a cold, I can't remember. There's one or two points where I start to say something and don't actually finish the thought. I think I would have worked harder on this if I knew more than 3 people would watch it :)

  • Extremely helpful for my assignment. Thank you for uploading this!

  • Sorry that you did not enjoy it, I hope that you found a video relating to this classic work that was better for you. Take care.

  • I wish i could dislike this more than once.

  • @ohgodmyorgans why don't you like it?

  • thanks :)
