first rep is always tough, nothing wrong w/ getting it pooped up to you, spotter should be at the elbows not the wrists. lower the incline to 30-40 degrees, save shoulders for shoulder day :) great lift for your weight, nice strength!
@degrees55basebal not the same thing. the equivalent here,would be someone handing you the dumbells then you doing the first rep on your own still strong.
