  • first rep is always tough, nothing wrong w/ getting it pooped up to you, spotter should be at the elbows not the wrists. lower the incline to 30-40 degrees, save shoulders for shoulder day :) great lift for your weight, nice strength!

    bodybuilding is about muscle size and shape, NOT lifts.
