Multimedia Fusion 2 from Clickteam. It would be pretty hard to create anything for a computer without a program lol. Although if you plan to try it, it's really not designed to be used to create a game like this.

hey, how do you make the tracks?

The game is really simple to play. You basically just roll the mouse wheel to bend the track into the shape you want, then just click the left mouse button to add that piece! There will also be keyboard controls for people who dont have mouse wheels.
