you lot are off your nut. no one copied anyone. some people inspired others, and thats what great music does, inspires. the clash dont need comparing to anyone, they in their own right are legends. the only band that matters. if you only like ramones or pistols, go watch their vids. now enjoy and have a riot of your own...

@MrTillyayre The Clash are the best punk band of all time. The Stooges, The Velvets, MC5 etc. aren´t really punk in it´s purest form, but The Clash are better then most of them anyway

If you like early clash, try the 101ers, then the muppets can shut up about them copying ramones etc.

@intenzez THe Clash copied The Sex Pistols, they saw the Sex Pistols before The Ramones. Oh, and FIY, The Ramones copied The Dictators. Actually, The Sex Pistols were more inspired than The Voidoids than The Ramones.

@intenzez dude no one copied the sex pistols. they were absolute shit. who woulod wANT TO be like them anyways. im pretty sure we try to be good at instruments not bad like the shit pistols. fuck they are over rated. Sex pizstols... easily the worst band to ever become famous.
