    I think whats wrong here is your workout routine.

    Thats what made it even worse if you dont get

    proper stimulation. The bumps & dimples of

    your lower body just gets worse and worse. All

    you need to do is a proper workout. I suggest

    it was very effective and im sure ul learn a lot.

    I have lost 4 pounds.I have been doing this exercise everyday for 1 month.Plus I ate fish and vegetables and peanuts as a snack.

  • @roxi0129 I use a band for half of these exercises and do it 2-3 times a week. Do not have time really 5 times. I have seen toning but I find I still have to add extra hamstring work to it. Not enough for me I suppose.

  • RUMI, u r a great instructor, ur routine are easy to follow but when executed quite hard. I followed ur videos and they were all good. I been looking for one that is 'fitted' for me, {quite lazy me}. I am 49 yrs old n got a knee problem, aside from being so bc,  hardly hit d gym. so , am looking forward to follow ur videos {i did this morning} and do the stuff best for me.

    It is also mainly because you haven't eaten much in the morning, so fat burns more quickly than if you do exercises in the evening (in that case, the only calories you burn come from what you ate during the day)

  • Ive been doing a couple of your exercises 2 times a day for over a week... i cant see any results. is it normal. ?? im sore from doing those exercises but nothing is changing. please let me know ... cause i dont feel like doing those and nothing gonna change i really wanna get rid of the cellulite..

  • @dalady1000 You can't really SEE result after a week. But if you are sore, it's a good sign that this workout is working. You should see a difference in a month or two. Anyways that's what happened to me. Try to do different workout tho. Do this one one day, and tomorrow switch for another one. She has a lot of great workout so check them out!

  • @babiiegurlxp fat can not be turned into muscle. You need to burn fat with a diet plan and exercises "tell" to the body to burn fat not muscles. When you are on a diet there are 2 sources of energy - fat and muscle. If you exercise along with a diet plan than your body use for energy stored fat.

  • This exercise is AMAZING!!!! Ive been doing it for a month now and i cannot believe the results!! my friends have always been nagging me to lost a bit of weight on the legs,butt and stomach...so i gave this a try and the outcome was amaaaazing,people have complimented me saying that i have great legs...who wouldnt want that?!?! and the stomach and butt is firm asnf sexy as ever! i recommend this to everyone

    Yes, this will improve cellulite. I've done this exercise twice everyday for a month and my cellulite is almost gone! This really works! I also suggest you buy Nivea Goodbye Cellulite, it helps a lot. Good luck :)
