  • was that a cop at 3:21?

  • Wow, VW still suck? Show me a stock VW that will beat a Subaru and you win FTW/

  • nice ride dude but ya you are a bit too rough on the clutch specially since you are in stop and go the whole time, but you shouldn't have to go above 2K when you are taking off, it'll burn out your clutch eventually, but i can see if it's a new ride and you are getting used to it, NICE RIDE AND ENJOY IT, i'm no hating playa :)

  • who cares how he is driving it, he has one. I am jealous.

  • why do they say ur not driving right? was decent driving to me.

  • Hes pretty much dumping the clutch everytime he takes off. He needs to go easier on the clutch.

  • you're going to need a new clutch if you keep driving like that. Take it easier on starting off and you'll save yourself a lot of hassle and money. Nice car, I know it takes time to get use to driving these cars as the clutch feels different, but take it easy

  • Keep in mind that clutch linings are covered for 3 years! lolz

  • i dont get why people are pissing u of by saying u dont know how to drive??? there just jealous, like some people were when i got my 06 M3, i am a sti lover too

  • i own an 04 STi and i will tell you he isnt driving it right.

  • is this in Texas?

  • learn to drive dude..

  • is this stock exhaust?

  • Is there any difference between the 08 and 09 sti?

  • Nada thing...

  • Well... they did dump Aspen White. Now it's the stock scooby Satin White Pearl. That was my only complaint with the dealer, I ordered it in Aspen White and the car showed up before anyone told me that didn't exist for 09.

  • yeah there is one color change but im sure he was talking about mechanical wise..

  • Hehe, yeah,I always point out the color change kind of tongue in cheek when I get that question. I know this thing was all new in '08 but with the hard core revamp of the base WRX for '09 I do admit feeling at least a bit jiped for the extra 10 grand :)

  • Dont say that.... Just think of the Tech. you have in that car, the better trans, fender flares to me is worth the 10 grand more... makes it an entire different car..

  • Trudat, the body styling does give it a wide stance which does kind of say f-off to really anything else in the sub-40k performance arena. I'm not really all that hurt :) , nor does the price tag really make a difference to me right now, but if it did, I can say for sure that I'd love to be driving a $25k 265HP WRX.

  • revvin up way too high for a little faster than normal start.

  • I hear ya, it's a whole new beast after driving an 03wrx for 6 years... I'll get it, or at least have fun trying.

  • haha nice, i love 03 models, I wish they had a US version 03 STI.

  • Gawd I miss those bug eyes! There's a middle aged woman driving my exact 03 yellow wrx wagon that I crashed... I need to stop her someday and make an offer then mod that one up to an STI. Oh, I looked inside, kind of cracked me up that she had all the dealer mods once I saw who drove it (titanium shift nob, turbo gauge, etc) LOL

  • haha yea that is strange. I have an 05 STi and its my first winter with it and I have to say I really made the right choice lol. Our cars are just so fun in the snow compared to my buddies with RWD.

  • Where ya at? This is looking to be a good winter for the snowfall... crazy weather all over the states. Here in MN we've had a few good ones already, and it usually isn't until May (slight exaggeration) that we get dumped on. Got snow tires? I lasted one 2" storm before my Dunlop Wintersports showed up or I'd have already slid through an intersection I'm sure :)

  • I'm in IL, probably not nearly as bad as your snowfalls. I have continental contiextremecontact high performance all seasons, they are pretty good in the snow. I love Minnesota though. I used to fish up in northern minnesota at lake vermillion and pelican lake.

  • Gotta love up'norte! I'm in Minneapolis, and work in Chicago quite a bit... always thought the winters and snowfall were pretty similar, though I guess statistically we get a bit more here. Still, nothing compared to further north or in the Mtns where these cars really shine!

  • ARE YOU MOTHER FUCKIN SERIOUS!!! you had a 03 yellow dub wag,I would actually kill somone for that car.We have a 02 dub wagon in suby blue and or WRX blue I love the 02-03 wagons and especially yellow!

  • Yeah, I miss it mucho... though the 09STI is sick behind the wheel I just don't get the thrill I used to from having such that unique wonderful yellow 03. I park next to the copy I mentioned all the time at the gym and really have a hard time deciding which I want to get into LOL.

  • Well I know what you mean as far as unique and the thrill, but I have never driven any other WRX. I think I would stay with our car even if I had a choise because you can wind it out and us the power unlike an STI,it is the same as 125 and 250 MX bikes I prefer 125 because I have to fly thru gears, feather the clutch and keep momentum up,it's just alot more fun using all the power.
