Qf5 is the best move, but after Nd3 RxR NxR the criticalmove is Rc3, winning back the piece.

B d6 is a bad move and gives away a free piece and after the exchanges R xBd6 - R xNe5 white simply can play safly R g1...so black is to play simply Q f5 and its a monster move while he maintains his line for the the fork AND the pinned down N to the R without having to worry about the f4 ,+ the control of the the c2 ...monster move

After Rg4 instead of Kh2, I take it Black plays Rx e5 anyway??
