So glad this fab George A. Romero/Stephen King collaboration is still up.
The other great movie they both worked on is Creepshow. Shame they aren't still working together these days. Creepshow 2 was a decent enough movie but the third one should be thrown on a bonfire as it is one of the worse horror movies (if you could call it that) I've ever seen, and I've seen a lot of shit in my day.
That nurse is a perfect example of bad acting! Look at her pretended expression 4:15 lol, couldn't handle the adequate response to the situation as to express astonishment, horror, fear-panic or whatever you can name it in this context. The book is great, the movie isn't that bad as a whole, but the acting personnel should've been more carefully sorted out. "The sparrows are flying again"
Hey....@2:30!!! It's the teacher from Child's Play 2 that chucky whooped with a ruler...she deserved it. she was a b**ch....I'm a fan of Stephen King, and never recall seeing or reading this story/book. Should be interesting.
the mom in this was also in one of the chucky movies, little miss sunshine, and an episode of golden girls ha. very underated in my opinion. also as a paramedic I have seen a number of gross things and dissected several brains while they were still in people's heads and even though twins sometimes are absorbed into other twins I think hilary's reaction was not so bad. I mean the eye winked, gore doesn't bother me but I would be taken aback too. and @1059lisa you are one cool ass eight year old.
Just letting everyone know that I am a first time published author. My book Rasciss tells the story of Hollowawk a man who literally defied death and now must face the wrath of petty gods. Come onto my channel and watch the video I made for Rasciss, leave comments and if u like what u see than please pick urself up a copy and let me know what u thought about it.
Very cool Horror/Thriller movie with interesting storyline and shocking death scenes. Timothy Hutton showed brilliant acting playing 2 characters - good & evil. Amy Madigan and Michael Rooker were great too. Stephen King is real master with his unique novels. I really miss the 90's
Gotta love the combined talents of Stephen King and George Romero. This is one of the best King adaptations, other greats - Christine, (Kubrick's) Shining, The Mist, Stand by Me, etc...
When he is confronted by a class member to sign the book written by his pen-name, he declines, and claims it's not his book. The photo on the back of the book is, in fact, Stephen King himself.
Did you guys know that The Dead Zone, Cujo, The Tommknockers, The Dark Half and Needful Things all follow one another as a series?? To think that Alan Pangborn all along ends up as the main character, got me there it did!
I'm addicted to Stephen King's books. The only major ones I haven't read are Cell, Hearts in Atlantis, Everythings Eventual, Blaze, Desperation, and Regulators.
@Ilikepie1ism-CELL is a MUST to read. I've read it almost Four times now...it's absolutely, brilliantly disturbing! Once you've read it, you'll never look at another Cellphone the same ;)

@Howlngwolff haha i started reading that one when i was in like 4th grade. it was the first one i actually finished haha i had a short attention span. still do =]
One more thing, this "lecture" the main character gives around 9:07 to students on creative writing- well, since it's a King excert/self insert, it's really just basically stephen king giving a class for free on here, so I'm paying attention and trying to learn about creative writing:) Great movie + a free class!! Can't beat that! I love when the teacher said (in regards to fiction), "Give it the car keys and let it ride!"
@808Lana For some reason i cannot go to your channel and reply to your comments you left on my page Lana. It keeps saying "This channel is not available."

well, my computer is still going strong after 8 years. you sound like you are talking from experience there about screwing up your own computer maybe!? all you got to do is know what to look out for thats all. pdf and avi files are 100% safe and opened in a VM they are even safer lol. i wouldnt be buying a new computer either after a virus, thats just stupid.
Trust me, def talking from experience. I destroyed 2 PC's, Have a mac now, I don't do torrent stuff or anything anymore. I just go to ovguide if I wanna watch a free movie. Since I am in college I can't afford to have my computer screwed up, plus because the network is connected you can end up screwing up other ppl's comps on campus. You may know how to deal with viruses, but other ppl can really eff up their computers.
ovguide seems like an okay site,, its got a few bad reviews alright. i suppose just dont click on any links there and block all the pop ups and you're grand. well, i love all the stephen king books so too download everything he has ever written was great for me. can't beat reading them from paper though so i have a neo speech reader(text to speech) to read them for me. saves the eyes from burning and the brain from swelling lol
Haha, cool...yea I never read any Stephen king except for Carrie and after that book I feel in love with him and watched a lot of his movies. I always wanted to invest in some text to speech reader...

"And, as an afterthought, he added pleasantly to the O.R. nurse:

"'Yes, Doctor.'"
Should've been in the movie, that's all I have to say.

@Xinoutorah So get some anti-virus, or look at less porn. Viruses are super easy to deal with these days.
