  • wait should ECTOMORPHS not eat carbs at night time?

  • the stider extract i cant find it anywhere not even sure if i spelt it right can someone help please

  • OMG imagine doing this every day! I rather build up muscles slowly than waste my time with stuff like this. but hes a professional soooo.... whatever.

  • the art of hair spliting

  • @liftingforlife you're fuckin stupid go eat pop tarts, lucky charms, and soda you hating ass white boy

  • @MrPhillinholes you have no clue what you are talking about. Ian is right, please go.

  • It makes me laugh when poeple say 'Ian is fat' this is not evidence that his advice is not working. Genetics play a HUGE role in how the body looks. Rob just has better bodybuilding genetics than Ian thats all, it dosent mean he knows what he is talking about...

  • He said the more you cook carbs the faster they will get into the bloodstream which dont make sense...oats (not cooked) = medium fast carbs BUT when cooked they GET slow digesting carbs.

  • You have fruit post workout because you need the sugars quickly to help maintain the musclemass...

Hmmm...I see what you did there.

    OMFG

    saludos :D

  • 13:06 .... cooking complex carbs makes them simple carbs ????? i dont think this is true.........

  • this guy is jacked to shit

  • @LiftingForLife And the sad part is..you'll get hate for that comment cause hes more ripped then you,,,

  • @LiftingForLife You should do a video with clips of the comments he makes and refute each one, I'd watch it and I'm sure others would like to see it as well. He states a lot of factoids most people would agree with so it would be nice to hear the empirical evidence of why they're indeed factoids.

  • @LiftingForLife it works perfect for him though, doesn't it?

  • @funnyhappydays yeah, if he says you must eat carbs to get lean, and drink water to get stronger, and more importantly never go close that overrated proteine, well he must be right, he is in a good shape isn't he?

    saludos :D

  • @LiftingForLife How what he is saying false?

  • @LiftingForLife Sorry to drop you the news, but you are fat. Don't pretend that you know everything about nutrition and fitness when you obviously can't even handle your own health.

PS. If you wanna criticize rob, please give an exact example and proof that anything he said was false.

  • @LiftingForLife manage ur own bodyfat before criticizing a diet recipe suggested by a man in good shape

  • @LiftingForLife Literally every single word you just typed is verifiably false. Moron.

  • @EatLessDuck The ad hominem attack: the last resort of a desperate man with no rational argument.

  • @LiftingForLife

i dont see the point in these random little jabs you make on others on youtube.

  • @LiftingForLife Get the fuck off Rob video you fucking fat fuck moron!! You ain't got shit on nobody and what make u think a fat fuck like u can give advice on nutrition?? What a joke! Get some results first then you can talk like u know something

  • @Sony881994 >implying you have ever even touched a dumbell in your life. cute

  • Comment removed

  • @LiftingForLife

Is that the reason why you look like a fat lesbian chick, compared to Rob?

PS: You might want to watch your words if you want to avoid crying on Youtube for another 2 weeks this time. But hey, do whatever the F you wanna do. You're a joke, McStruthers.

  • @LiftingForLife I can understand how you can question videos about the hodgetwins, as they aren't professional body builders. However, when you feel the need to try and refute what someone like Rob Riches, who is a pretty well renowned and professional, body builder, it might do you some good to actually give people an example of what he's saying that is actually wrong as opposed to just saying it. It would save all the negative comments and makes you look less like an arrogant douche.

  • @benJJAMMIN How about "literally every single specific nutrition claim"...? I think that's quite clear.

  • @LiftingForLife So...him saying blueberries are fast digesting carbs, and oats are complex carbohydrates are wrong? Those claims are actually correct. Like I said, examples please. I'm not here to argue with you, I actually watch your videos. And I don't think I speak for myself when I say I'm acutally interested in what you claim is wrong information presented by Rob Riches.

  • Lol 19:49 dropped one of the yolks :)

  • @arigol2 feel like a 5 years old ;)

  • Gordon Ramsey started working out

  • hey i didnt really get a liquid type when i bletned the oats pancakes was it cuz of the type of protein i used? how many grams do u put of oats as well

  • Like and Favorite link clicked! Thank you so much for taking the time to show us these easy yet delicious and healthy meals. I'm definitely going to try some of these recipes!

  • You deserve so much more attention/views for the information you give and such quality of knowledge towards fitness / diet. All the other fitness/diet videos that have 500 000 views don't come close to the quality this gives. Great Job man. I`m only 16 and I literally just came back from buying every single ingredient you mentioned and will be starting to make these meals myself. Great inspiration Rob. Keep it going !

  • @LichVideo I guess anyone can make themselves look like they know what they're talking about.

  • "holthy fast acting cabahadreits like blueboories"

  • This is AWESOME, Rob you should do this more often

  • great video will pick up some of the next time i go shopping

  • I was wondering about something. This might be a completely rookie question, but your first meal was the protein powder pancakes. You said the 2-3 pancakes would be around 45 gr. of protein? But I heard somewhere that our body can only "use" around 30 gr. of protein pr. hour? Is that true or?

And by the way, thanks for the videos. They are great.

  • @Fattycantu Not it´s not correct. It´s just something like a "guideline" u should follow that each meal should contain like 30g~ Protein. Our body is able to store/use a really higher amount^^

  • @Fattycantu thats true, but you are not gonna eat every hour ?) so its perfectly fine to intake more that 30g of prot a meal

  • Great video thanks for the information, very helpful.

  • Nice recipe for the pancakes, definitely i will give it a try.

    Thanks,Rob.

  • nice keeping your composure when you drop the yolk in he fourth egg rob... hek it wont make a difference anyways.. lol... thanks for the tips,

  • just a question, why are you using that protein if your a optimum nutrition athlete? surely ON proteins are better quality?

  • What did you put on the Pancakes Rob? to reduce Information? what kind of information? Thank you!

  • Hmm .. now that i thinks of it .. you iinda look like Gordon Ramsey lol .. a son of him ^^

  • i really like how he tells us what to eat.. for me, i think diet is more than 50% of the work to get the body we all want.. not a lot of people tell us what we can eat, even if we ask them.. they usually tell us to subscribe to their website, which usually isn't free :(. so thanks for the free advice.

  • hey Rob, In your opinion, what would you recommend as a pre-workout shake for a hardgainer such as myself? i have been consuming mass gain protein as both pre and post workout shakes but im curious what else i could try. or if you think i could just add whey powder such as you were using and mix it with something else?

  • lol thats a vons store on western and 6th street

  • wtf? 21:24

  • what is that squash called??

  • Information overload to the max.. :O

  • i like this guy for some reason he doesnt fucking annoy me like scott herman does

and also fucking bananas for 65cents here in melbourne like 2 months ago its was 15 dollars

  • i like this guy for some reason he doesnt fucking annoy me like scott herman does

  • would the same results if you don't use the protein powder

  • Thx a lot Rob!! These videos that you make are FILLED with positive information on how to keep in shape and I just wanna say it's awesome! It has definitely helped me learn more about nutrition and how important it is to have good nutrition towards your body. Your videos are not only my favorite but very, VERY inspiring. Thanks a lot brother.

  • this is whats up!

  • Rob those "yam pancakes" tastes great!! I just made some (eating them now) but used chocolate casein protein and strawberry whey instead of the vanilla and I can't believe how good they are! I even added slices of apple to one of them and one with blueberries. The taste = AMAZING!

  • what kind of blender is that?

  • Why take out the yolks? Egg yolk increases HDL while lowering LDL, plus it contains about 2-3grams of protein and jammed pack with fat soluble vitamins.

  • I saw the Yolk ! XD

    your videos are awesome!

  • New video coming Rob?You are the man!

  • I have seen 1000's videos, but this video rulez !

    thank's very much !

  • holy biceps

  • Great video..Love the breakdown of the different types of carbs and how the body absorbs them at different rates...the yam protein pancake is a great idea, I'm gonna try that one. Thanks Rob

  • Hey rob ur the guy that helped me put on about 25 lbs of muscle im a teenager and life is awesome when u are shredded and ripped

  • 19.50 u added that yellow yolk in the Blender

  • Hi Rob, another great video thanks for this, iv just a quick question could what you have cooked here be frozen and then microwaved or would it ruin the food, as i am in the military and live in the barrack blocks and dont have access to any cooking facilities except a kettle and a microwave. i want to clean up my diet but food the mess serves isnt what you would call healthy or even edible.

    Thanks again Rob

  • @Jws1989 That will work just fine!

  • @RJRICHES Cheers Mate, Looking forward to you next recipe video

  • @Jws1989 lol do they serve steel cut oats? those are very healthy...i cant understand why they wouldnt serve healthy foods? dont they want their soldiers in top shape??

  • @DarkDayz85 No they dont, catering is ran by a civilian company now, they dot give a fook about us!

  • @Jws1989 damn thats rough man. guess you really are left to your own devices on that one...that being a kettle and a microwave lol.

all kidding aside though, that really bothers me. the men fighting for their country are served garbage to eat and are expected everything in return. i damn well hope they serve better food on the front lines!

  • excellent

  • Hi Rob, well done on your progress this year, your whole presance has stepped up a gear, nice work!

Just a quick note on watermelon, the sugar is high glycemic, you are right but the amount of sugar in the melon is so little that it actually has a low glycemic load i.e there is not enough sugar in it to substanstially effect blood sugar.Worth noting as they are great in smoothies etc especially if you blend the seeds which are amazing antioxidants. Keep training Rob!!

  • Cool video. Looking real solid and thick. You got good size. Keep us all posted on your progress. Thanks for the kick in the pants!

  • Instead having to crack eggs to get the whites why noy buy a carton of egg whites instead?

  • Hi Rob, where can you get the stevia plant extract?

And can you use it in your tea/coffee as a sweetener?

  • @jingy90 Stevia is a substitute to sugar so you can use it as a sweetener. Any health food or whole food store should have it. It comes in several different forms, including bulk.

  • @RJRICHES It's illegal for supermarkets to sell it in the UK and most of Europe for those wondering. I managed to get some from Ebay.

  • MORE PLZ LOOK REAL GOOD MAKE ME HUNGRY
